Cuando llegue al hotel, me digeron que no tenian abitaciones. Y pues no pude hacer uso del hotel. Fueron muy irresponsables. No dieron ninguna solución, les comente que que proceguia y me digeron que no sabían. Asi sucedió, espero y me regresen el dinero.

RESERVÉ UNA HABITACION DOBLE Y AL LLEGAR YA NO TENIAN DISPONIBLES, SOLO SENCILLAS. SE SUPONE QUE RESERVAS Y PAGAS PARA ASEGURAR TU ESTANCIA, ME ALEGABAN QUE A ELLOS LES APARECIA COMO SENCILLA. EL PERSONAL SE PORTÓ MUY AMABLE PERO MI COMPAÑERO TUVO QUE DORMIR A UN SOFA CAMA.

Reserve una habitación familiar de 2 habitaciones y esa no existe… me ofrecieron una habitación doble en otro establecimiento a 25 km de retirado… pernocte dos noches y no se realizó aseo de la habitación… el sanitario estaba trasminando líquido y el baño olía fatal… me extrañó ya que en estancia previa todo había estado excelente…

rentaron nuestra habitacion, que ya estaba pagada, nos enviaron a otro hotel a 20 minutos de distancia. Ademas este hotel es tambien lo consideran motel y se renta por hora.

Motel disfrazado de Hotel
Pros:

El principal detalle es que esta catalogado como Hotel, pero realmente es un MOTEL. El acceso a la havitacion con entrada tipo garage, la simplicidad de las habitaciones. No entregan llave al salir de la habitacion, se queda abierto. Las camas estan sucias, no cambian las sabanas, dejan un tercio de papel higienico, el control de la TV no funciona, El minisplit hace muchisimo ruido. Toda la noche hay ruido por la apertura y cierre de las puertas tipo garage d elas demas habitaciones.
