I just wanted to send a quick thanks after our one-week stay. I returned home two days ago and was super happy with everything.

As a light sleeper, street noise is a big issue for me, so I had already booked an inner courtyard room. However, I sent a request for a room on a higher floor and asked if an early check-in might be possible because of our morning flight.

I was so incredibly grateful that you managed to fulfill both requests. Getting the early check-in and a room on the top floor (4th floor) made the perfect start to our holiday. The room was quiet and I slept amazingly well the whole week.

It’s not very common that hotels actually double-check and fulfill these kinds of requests, so we really appreciated it. The room was also very clean, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked great.

직원들이 매우 친절했고 작은 쇼파와 테이블이 있어서 간단하게 요거트 같은 것으로 아침을 먹기에도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 특히나 연수기가 있어서 원할때 물을 마실수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다.

Cons:

해변에서 살짝 먼개 느껴지긴 했지만 위치도 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 엘리베이터가 매우 느려서 조금 답답했습니다.

Pros:

Det var centralt vilket gjorde att vi kunde ta oss till olika sevärdheter lätt. Dessutom inte trafikerad av bilar då hotellet var på en gågata. Personalen var även väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående!

Hotel ICON, instalaciones confortables y de concepto moderno.
Pros:

Hotel ICON Malabar nos resultó un excelente lugar para instalarse con el objero de visitar Malaga y alrededores. La ubicación buenísima , tranquila y a pasos del casco histórico y lugares turísiticos costeros. Todo era caminable.
La amabilidad del personal también la destaco con especial atención. desde la recepción hasta los encargados de los servicios de desayuno. Cabe mencionar la variedad y calidad de los alimentos parte del desayuño. Riquísimo. Siempre dispuestos a agradarnos y solucionar cualquier inconveniente y a hacer de la estadía un momento grato y placentero.

Cons:

No tengo reparos considerando su concepto de hotel compacto y muy funcional.
