Great location and cleanliness, but the facilities and service do not justify a 5-star rating.
Pros:

The location is excellent in the heart of Ginza, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

The hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. The gym is located outside the hotel rather than being part of the hotel facilities. The breakfast is very limited and lacks variety. There is no porter service to assist guests with luggage between the ground-floor entrance and the reception on the second floor, and there is no staff available at the entrance to welcome or assist guests upon arrival. Overall, the hotel lacks the facilities and services normally associated with a 5-star hotel.
