I loved it
Pros:

Warm greeting by the msn from Sri Lanka - i’m sorry I forget his name. He was exceptional. Our corner room was beautiful and spacious. The music in the evening was a nice surprise.

מלון טוב מאד במיקום מצוין.
Pros:

המלון הינו מלון בוטיק שקט ולא המוני. מיקום המלון מצויין, קרוב לשני תחנות רכבת תחתית מרכזיים וכן ממוקם סמוך לרחוב הראשי ברובע גינזה. הזמנו חדר בקומת אקזקיוטיב חדר טווין. החדר היה נוח, מאובזר עם מיטות גדולות וכריות נוחות. המיני בר עמד לרשותנו ללא תשלום. בנוסף, כל יום קיבלנו 2 בקבוקי מים קטנים. חדר האמבטיה גדול. השירותים היו בנפרד.

Cons:

על אף שקיבלנו חדר בקומה גבוהה (קומה 14), החלונות לא היו אטימים לרעש של הרכבים שחלפו בלילה במקום. ה- WIFI היה חלש והקליטה שובשה פעמים רבות.

Loved the layout and furniture and windows of the room. Great shower. We stayed here for our last night in Tokyo and did not even leave the room once we checked in.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Everything was brilliant, staff utterly friendly, fantastic location, great large room, delicious breakfast, supermarkets, restaurants and shops just around the corner and various public transport nearby. And still the hotel was very quiet despite the central location. Highly recommended

Excellent location in Ginza. Staff were friendly as well.

Cons:

Mattress was very firm and uncomfortable, and the AC would turn off overnight. We couldn't sleep well because the room would get hot quickly.
