Immer wieder gerne! Wirklich empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Ein wahres 4 Sternehotel!!! Das Personal war mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und super eingerichtet! Das Frühstück war unvorstellbar umfangreich und zusätzlich konnte man noch "a la carte" etwas dazu bestellen! Insgesamt ein wirklich hervorragendes Hotel, was uns die letzten Tage in Tbilisi versüßt hat! Vielen Dank dafür!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room it self was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Next to the room was even small gym. Free parking place was very useful especially in this area.

Nothing to complain about but would choose a balcony room rather than enclosed terrace next time
Pros:

Receiption staff were super helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Slightly difficult road to walk up as was steep but most people would have no problem. For me it was a challenge due to age and weak knee

Het hotel was uitstekend. Locatie top! Tbilisee is een aanrader in een geweldige stad!

Ontbijt was top. Locatie ook uitstekend.

Cons:

Receptie was vriendelijk, maar de receptionist kon iets meer gastvrijheid tonen. Was enigszins ongeïnteresseerd

We had a great stay but not without a few issues
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice including cooked options. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The location was very central, although a little hilly, which might not suit everyone, it didn't bother us. The views of the city from our balcony and the restaurant were brilliant.

Cons:

Very noisy on our first night, we were below the restaurant and there was loud music, dancing and scraping chairs until 3am. We complained 3 times on the night, we had no acknowledgment the next day so we contacted the hotel again, they did apologise and gave us a bottle of wine, there were no more issues for the remainder of our stay. It needs sound proofing or not booking parties when the rooms below are occupied.
Other staff in the hotel were a bit indifferent and not very friendly, apart from our last day when a different Receptionist was on and she was very friendly.
