The location s far away from the center is supposed to be quiet but in reality u wake up with the sound and view of construction site. This is very disappointing. The staff s impatient and careless. I was asking about the postal card placed at the reception, they are just too busy to explain, basically saying leave me alone…

Great hotel. Lots of parking options. Short walk to bus stop to central San Sebastian and beach area. Frequent buses and cheap. Room was excellent. Breakfast was good. Pool looked good but never used. Staff all friendly.

Ook de kamers zijn modern en comfortabel.
Stille airco.

Pros:

De ligging is rustig, aan de rand van de stad, maar toch alles dichtbij op minder dan 20 minuten met de taxi. Mooie comfortabele kamer, wel een zeer harde matras, lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel, heel sfeervol ingericht tegen een eerlijke prijs.

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist der Service hier einfach nur eine absolute Schande (uma vergonha). Der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer war komplett leer – als „Willkommensgeschenk“ gab es lediglich ein winziges 100-ml-Tetrapack Wasser. Lächerlich für diese Kategorie.

Noch schlimmer war das Chaos mit dem Parkplatz: Wir hatten vorab extra einen Parkplatz gebucht. Auf Nachfrage bei der Ankunft wusste die Dame an der Rezeption überhaupt nichts von unserer Buchung und schickte uns arrogant weg, wir sollten auf der Straße parken. Erst am nächsten Tag hat sie es dann endlich in ihrem System gesehen – da war es aber schon viel zu spät, weil wir bereits abreisen wollten.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist absolut unqualifiziert und weiß nichts über die eigenen Kunden. Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, das man definitiv meiden sollte!

Lovely design, great features and fabulous breakfast….
Pros:

Everything! Great room ( the view wasn’t fabulous, but that was outside their control) and the staff were so helpful and accommodating- they were keen for us to discover their city and made it easy to do so…. Wish we had stayed longer!
