Loved our stay here! Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, modern well equipped rooms. Delicious breakfast with rich buffet.

Cons:

Location is not in the center you need to take 15 min bus to center but it was not a problem for us because buses were very frequent. We had no issue.

Stayed for a concert. Very nice hotel
Pros:

Great location for Arena. Hotel was good with fabulous views. Not close to beaches but not why we went.. easy to get to centre though. I drove in and parked easily.. But buses near by go regularly.. taxis cheap enough too.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but not fabulous

Pros:

Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good value restaurant and breakfast was superb with lovely presentation and top quality produce. Very close to bus that takes you right into San Sebastian old town.

Cons:

We stayed during a mini heat wave...it was 34c outside. The aircon in bedroom was set to a minimum temperature of 19c. Not good enough really.

Aparte de las instalaciones, habitaciones, parquing, etc, el personal y su trato exquisito con nosotros en todo momento

Cons:

Que no estuviera abierta al publico la piscina, con el cambio climatico creo que deberais replantearos las fechas de apertura y cierre de la misma

Very pleasant and very clean hotel with courteous staff. recommended.
Pros:

Located conveniently outside the city in a very nice residential area, short 10min taxi ride from the City centre. Staff called taxi from the desk and it was usually there in 5 mins. The hotel was very well presented, very clean, very helpful and polite staff. The room was spotless, good black-out curtains and air conditioning.

Cons:

We would have preferred if the pool was heated and open, but it was not open until June. We would have liked a balcony. But we knew these before we booked the stay so we have no complaints.

Hotel muy agradable con buen restaurante
Pros:

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas. Gran cuarto de baño. BIen aislado acusticamente.
La ubicación es peculiar. Está fuera de la ciudad pero al lado del complejo hospitalario.
El restaurante fue una grata sorpresa. Muy buena cocina y a precios contenidos.
En general, buen hotel y buena experiencia.
Si estuviera más cerca de la ciudad, seria un gran hotel.

Cons:

La localización. Aunque salíamos del hospital y fue muy cómodo tenerlo tan cerca.
