Pros:

The room, the facilities, most of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

One member of staff was particularly unpleasant and unhelpful. Whilst we were in the reception area we also heard him being extremely unhelpful and abrupt at different times to other guests. His ego is not the guests' problem and if he is the reception desk contact he should be there to facilitate their requests!

Pros:

Great hotel with great location.
The hotel is located not far from the city centre, with great bus connectivity. Road connectivity is great too, and there's usually parking on the street in the evening, but there's also open air and closed parking on premises.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was beautiful and well laid out. They have not super bright lighting options which is great. The TVs have chromecast built in too.

Cons:

I was in an east-facing room, which meant a great view of the sunrise. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains can only be pulled from the middle, so you either have it closed and a dark room in the morning or open but the sun shining on the bed. Being able to pull them from the side could help with this.
The window can only be tilted open.

Het is ons tweede verblijf in Tres Reyes San Sebastián, en we hebben weer genoten van ons verblijf.
Pros:

De mooie stijlvolle inrichting, het vriendelijke personeel en de fijne faciliteiten.

Cons:

Alles was in orde.

Buon hotel, fuori dal centro. Buona colazione, camera molto bella. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade molto apprezzato

Cons:

Purtroppo si è guastata l’erogazione dell’acqua mentre facevo la doccia: usciva solo acqua bollente e per non ustionarmi ho fatto un movimento troppo veloce sono scivolata e mi sono infortunata a un ginocchio. Sono poi dovuta uscire fradicia dalla camera e fare la doccia in camera di mia figlia perché non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema. Ad ora giro ancora con la stampella. Non esattamente un bel ricordo
