The welcome in was really good.
Pros:

Perfect location .
Didn’t have breakfast as couldn’t see a basic option like eggs on toast and tea or cereal and tea without a big cost .Needed a value meal as was heading to a luncheon function.

Beautiful rooms but terrible sleep

Super nice building and room. Felt very luxurious

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows. We’ve stayed at a doubletree in Fiji and it was the same so maybe there beds they use? Maybe it’s just me..

Pros:

Staffing, exceptional- we were in the restaurant for dinner on the Friday night, food was outstanding and our server was top knotch! All servers need to take notice. We had many platings and our server gave the best service at all times making sure our drinks were always topped up and plates cleared ready for the next service

Cons:

We had lunch in the restaurant on the Saturday, we did not have the pleasure of having exceptional staff, brought plates out when our table was still full of empty plates, no thought on process

Pros:

Personal Txts from staff were helpful.

Cons:

Only negative was the price of the seafood platter. It was previously advertised at $150. On the night, we found it had been increased to $170. We still oredered it. The promo said it would feed 3-4 people. There was 3 of us. It was greast food but not quite enough for 3 people. Defintely not for 4. Great place other wise.
