Glad when it was over
Pros:

Clean and bright

Cons:

This is a management centre not a hotel, large room, small bed, no hot water to the shower. Not a great experience

second time we stayed first time great second time room number 2 horrible as bathroom for disabled

Cons:

stayed here twice visiting local relatives . First time was great . Second time was massively let down by room . The bed was tiny i think only 4foot 6” wide and they put us in a disabled room without telling us . The bathroom felt clinical and like being in a hospital ( not a hotel ) sorry . We left early and missed second night preferring to travel back through the night rather than another night in room . I should have been told in advance and given the choice as would not have stayed . Asked if another room was available and there were none . I feel we should have been told in advance about the room to be given a choice , we would have chose not to say . I feel i am owed a refund for at least 1 nights stay . Never really leave bad reviews but did ruin our stay . We left at 8pm getting back at 2am next day traveled through the night instead of in the morning as planned so forfeited 1 night .

Perfect for corporate stays
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Great gym/pool, bar and restaurant was good, lots and choice and quality food. Comfy beds and great shower. Would stay again! Added bonus of free parking and EV charging.

Nothing, exceeded expectations.

Pros:

Big room, comfortable bed. Lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice of hot food, cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt etc. Had a nice burger in the bar in the evening. Large grounds, very quiet. Used the electric charger for the car which was very useful. Convenient location near M23 motorway and A23 to Brighton.

Relaxing, romantic break... we felt really spoilt!
Pros:

Beautiful breakfast with plenty of choice.
Huge, comfortable bed.
Almost exclusive use of the pool and jacuzzi
Gorgeous artwork and interior design
Wonderful open parkland with loads of wildlife

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

All the staff were great and the breakfast was good the place was very clean, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and Jacuzzi we would use this hotel again
