Pros:

Very pleasant staff, convenient location and access. The room was clean and matched the photos. There is also the option to leave luggage after check-out. I will come back and recommend it to friends

The location , and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The whole communication with the AI app , wasn't communicated to the staff. And despite having paid for late check out , I had ppl knocking on my door asking me why I haven't left yet.

Perfect location for the train station
Pros:

Perfect location next to the hbf. Very lucky with the Indian foodtruck on its doorstep, nice people wonderful food.
Bed is nice, decor modern.

Cons:

Digital key. A great idea in theory, but only worked 50% of times. Stood like an idiot holding my phone to the sensor in the elevator for half a minute. Nobody in reception so took the stairs instead.

Rooms small but great design. Nespresso coffee machine was a plus!

The bar and restaurant were closed (one night) and privately hired out (one night) withiut prior information. Rhis made things inconvenient at times

Eravamo solo di passaggio.
Pros:

La vicinanza alla stazione centrale dei treni. Era facile da trovare. Camera tranquilla, non si sentiva nessun rumore dalla strada e molto pulita.

Cons:

Il check-in automatico fuori dalla porta della struttura con il cellulare.
