Hôtel incroyable !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre court séjour à l’hôtel ! Il était très spacieux et très confortable. La chambre était incroyable ! Le restaurant propose de très bons plats ! Le personnel est très gentil ! Mon copain a réservé une session privée de Muay-Thai avec le coach Ice, il a adoré et a passé un moment génial. La session a duré plus longtemps que prévu et Ice a été très sympathique !! La piscine est magnifique au passage ! Nous reviendrons ici si nous étions amenés à retourner à Phuket !

Pros:

La piscina es lo mejor que tiene porque es amplia. Además tiene juegos (mesa de ping pong, de pool, sala de niños. etc) Lo que hace una estadia más entretenida, lo que si es hasta las 22 horas el uso.
La habitación tambien es muy comoda (teniamos una de 4 personas con cocina).
El personal amable igualmente.
Todo perfecto.

What stood out most was the level of hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

If you're looking for a family-friendly resort in Phuket combines comfort, luxury, and exceptional service, we highly recommend this place. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast Menu could be a little better but overall very satisfying.

Pros:

La chambre était propre et très confortable. Le restaurant est une pépite ! On y mange très bien autant au petit déjeuner qu’au dîner. Le service est impeccable.
La grande piscine en Rooftop a une jolie vue.
Cet hôtel a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour en famille notamment ! La salle de sport et géniale et les espaces de jeu sont très bien,

Cons:

Une odeur de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain.
