Lo anuncian como un hotel, 4 estrellas y no lo ves, no había elementos de Aseo, no había café, y el teléfono no funciona ni siquiera para comunicarse con la Recepcion. A mi salida hablé con la recepcionista, una española muy bonita, por cierto, a quien hay que americanizar y hacerle entender que en Estados Unidos, el cliente siempre tiene la razón y que cuando una persona se queja por algo, automáticamente se ofrecen unas disculpas, cosa que ella nunca hizo, solamente se limitó a decir con sorpresa que elevaría la queja a sus superiores. No hubo ninguna asomo de compensación, ofreciendo gentilmente un café, etc. Hay que americanizar a esta señora.

Lovely stay near the beach
Pros:

Great location, clean, comfortable and has a lovely pool area. Near the beach but away from the noise of ocean drive, near shops and restaurants. New restaurant on site opened as we left. King room was a good size, great shower. Coffee available in the morning and water. we will book again.

Es war schön aber zu teuer
Pros:

Mir hat besonders die super Lage gefallen – sehr zentral und nahe am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, modern und komfortabel. Auch die Velos vom Hotel waren genial: Die Ausleihe sowie Rückgabe waren unkompliziert und einfach.

Cons:

Leider muss man am Strand für den Schirm zahlen - USD 15.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil, bonne localisation.
Très pratique d'avoir accès à des vélos. La piscine est sympa.
C'est top que l'hôtel prête des transats pour la plage

Cons:

Les couloirs des étages ne sont pas propres ( c'est de la moquette avec de grosses auréoles ainsi que des saletés comme si l'aspirateur n'était pas passé : cheveux , bout de papier toilettes....).
Dans la chambre le bas de la porte de la salle de bain s'effrite.
Traces noires sur les murs besoin d'un coup de peinture.
