The facilities and the lack of space in the rooms for toiletries … no hanging space in the shower or bathroom. Balcony with bars obscuring views! Never stay there again! No laundry facilities etc

4 night stay over a weekend - hotel was great.

Very clean ,, good location, quiet and staff very welcoming.

Pool area nice.

Very disappointing.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room was switched to a different room on my day of arrival. Was given a much smaller room with no balcony. When a balcony was paid for back in April of 2025. Was told there was an error in the booking department. But this happened to another couple. Had no choice but to stay here. But will never stay here again. I am going to book direct from now on because this was horrible.
