Súper acogedor, excelente ubicación y servicio de 10.
Pros:

Todo estaba muy limpio y es muy acogedor. Camas cómodas y enormes y buen desayuno. La ubicación es excelente, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y de buen comercio y hostelería. El personal de diez, muy atentos y cariñosos.

Stunning hideaway - don’t tell everyone!

An absolute gem of a hotel hidden in Suances! From the warm greeting, to the immaculate and comfortable room, and the delicious breakfast, this is a place to return to!
The care in service, and attention to detail of the owner, made it an ideal place to stay before our short drive to Santander for the ferry the following day.
Beautiful Spanish surf town, stunning beach, and friendly locals.

La habitación sin ser gran cosa, era muy comoda y tenia todo lo que necesitas para pasar una buena estancia, el presonal muy amable y predispuesto en todo momento, solo ponerle un pequeño pero y que en mi casa que soy muy neuras para los ruidos, se oia algo el exterior e interior, pero nada importante, el resto todo muy bien.

Pros:

La ubicación, el parking que tiene el propio hotel, por que en esta temporada es bastante difícil aparcar, el trato amable, la limpieza. Salimos a la hora del check out, y nos quedamos en la playa y a comer, pues nos dejo ducharnos en un baño que tiene en la planta baja, de 10... volveremos aquí.

Large active building site next door to the hotel, too noisy

Location 5min walk from the beach

Cons:

Not really hotel's fault, but there was an active building site right next door to the hotel, they'd start at 7.30am and finish 8pm every day we stayed there. However, we were not advised this was the case, and we could not rest at all. We wouldn't have booked it if we knew.
Rooms have no AC nor a fan, it gets super hot very quickly.
Rooms have very thin walls, you can hear everything.
Bathroom started smelling of sewage 3h after we checked in, and the smell would not go away.
Breakfast was very basic

La Caracola es un hotelito muy funcional y decorado con buen gusto. Las habitaciones son muy comoda y confortables. El desayuno abundante y servido en un ambiente agradable. Dispone de un parking amplio y la ubicación es muy adecuada entre las dos playas
El trato del personal ha sido excepcional
Recomendaria el hotel a quienes quieran disfrutar de Suances y por supuesto voveremos a él cuando visitimos otra vez Suances
