Nice place for family to stay
Pros:

staff, restaurant , location can all be 10 out of 10, as we had half board with an infant baby

Cons:

almost no, maybe only once they knocked us at 10:30 to see if they can make cleaning, which disturbed our baby falling into sleep but that's not staff's fault as we sha switch on the non disturbing light.

Pros:

Very clean and modern hotel. For those who enjoy A/C, it works extremely well. Breakfast had a great selection of food. Location is close to the beach and some very tasty warungs! Roof top pool has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Готель зручно розташований, близько до пляжу.
Персонал привітний та уважний, швидко реагує на будь-які питання.
Сніданки смачні, особливо місцеві смаколики. Зручно, що є велике приміщення, де можна за чашкою кави зачекати до заселення або після виселення.
В номері є все необхідне: вода, чайник, кава, чай, праска, сейф.

A Truly Memorable Solo Stay

I recently visited Holiday Inn Bali Sanur as a solo traveller, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome drink, a small touch that immediately set the tone for the entire stay.

The hospitality here is genuinely top-tier. The staff are friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Whether it was a quick question or a simple request, nothing ever felt like an inconvenience to them.

The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention — the food was absolutely delicious, and dishes arrived in under 20 minutes. Even room service was impressively prompt; I called for water and it was at my door within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency and care really makes a difference.
As a solo traveller, feeling comfortable and looked after matters a lot — and Holiday Inn Bali Sanur delivered on every front. I left genuinely contented and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended! 🌴

Pros:

В целом прекрасный отель: чистые, просторные и уютные номера, в которых есть все необходимое, бассейн, хороший ресторан, бар, открытое пространство во дворике со столиками, где можно провести время с охлаждающим напитком.
До пляжа минуты 3 пешком (там же есть кафе и рестораны на любой вкус и бюджет), в 5-10 минутах пешком в другую сторону - аптеки, магазины, кафе/рестораны.
Персонал в целом очень приветливый и отзывчивый.
Отдельно хотелось бы отметить ресторан: великолепное обслуживание, очень внимательные, а кухня - выше всех похвал!!!
На завтраке глаза разбегались от огромного выбора блюд, а вечером после утомительной экскурсии вы можете заказать ужин в номер блюда, которые точно не оставят вас равнодушными!
А ещё очень понравилось, что в номере подушки разной жёсткости и вы можете выбрать ту, которая вам более удобна :)
Мне лично не хватило балкона (чтобы можно было утром и вечером проводить время на свежем воздухе) и балийского колорита в оформлении номера, но скорее всего это концепция сетевого отеля:)
Но несмотря на это, мне достался номер с чудесным видом на находящийся рядом парк или лес, на фоне которого закаты были сказочными, а утром и днем можно было наблюдать за огромным количеством птиц на деревьях:)

Cons:

Единственный момент: если идти по набережной направо, местами чувствуется запах канализации. Но это, конечно, не вина отеля - видимо, в этой части Санура есть такая проблема, которая возникает периодически.
