IntercityHotel Wiesbaden

The hotel is located near to the train station. There is s small shopping center to. I walked to the city centre, is not far away. Room was clean. Hot water in shower. Beakfast was ok, but could be more options. In general I was satisfied.

Clean with a great location. Had AC on one of the hottest days. Made sleeping wonderful. Near hbf and Schlachthof. Perfect for concert going.

Sehr gut würde es weiter empfehlen

Leider war beim Einchecken von mir noch kein Zimmer hergerichtet, so das ich nur die Reisetasche unterstellen und später wieder kommen konnte. Als ich zum Hotel zurück kam konnte ich ein Zimmer beziehen mich kurz umziehen, die Tasche aufs Zimmer lassen um dann zum Schlachthof zu gehen und das Festival genießen das um 14:00 Uhr anfing.

Great location!!!! It’s next to the train station and a mall. Walking distant to restaurants.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Nur ein paar Schritte vom HBF entfernt. Frühstück war ok. Würde wiederkommen.

This is a very clean modern hotel with everything you need on the doorstep. Breakfast is well worth the money. The hotel us very well situated for sightseeing. The railway station in right beside the hotel. There is also a shopping mall beside the hotel as well.

Preisleistung top

I like this brand and chose Intercity hotels when only possible. This one is located directly next to the central railway station so very convenient for travelers.
Room nicely equipped, quiet, clean. Friendly staff.

Es ist ein schönes durch Designtest Hotel mit modernen Standard. Die Zimmer sind hell, NICHT angewohnt und sehr sauber. Das Internet ist hervorragend. Frühstück war sehr reichlich und ließ keinen Wunsch offen, Tische würden sofort abgeräumt und gereinigt. Das Personal am Empfang und im Service war sehr nett und freundlich. Wenn wir nochmals nach Wiesbaden gehen ist das Intercity Hotel unsere erste Wahl.

Das erste Mal in einem Intercity Hotel aber nicht das letzte Mal. Saubere moderne Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bar hatte wegen Personalmangel geschlossen.

Gutes Hotel nahe dem Hauptbahnhof

Good hotel. Doing a lot of refurbishments to the rooms on the floor we stayed on at the time.

Certainly convenient to the train station. Biggest issue is that it was freezing cold and they have a problem with their heating system. It takes about 40 minutes to actually blow warm air and instead of just telling customers this, they stall and don't respond clearly. So, while there was heat, eventually, it was much less than pleasant to get to a comfortable stay.

Das Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad aus den 90‘ern. Sonst sehr gute Lage. Parkplatz umsonst. Frühstück war „OK“

Upon arrival we asked if we could check in early we got a prompt no by a rude young lady at the front desk. Not until 3:00p. But at 2:30 we noticed others checking in so I asked and what seemed like a manager said yes. But our room would be dirty. The room was clean. But we needed more pillows for my neck. When we asked they said they’d bring them up. Well we just flew in from America and we went to sleep around 8p to wake up at 1a to see pillows on the bed and floor! They actually entered our room while we were sleeping! Then asking for room cleaning, another dissatisfaction when they did not replace hand soap,conditioner, Kleenex, coffee etc. Also for the first two days our room cards would not work and we constantly had to ask for them to be fixed. All of this would not have been so bad if they were nice and sorry. Instead it seemed we were putting “them” out. And after I requested room cleaning we came back to find our safe would not open. Talk about freaking out! The manager had to come with a key to unlock it. I asked if this happened often and she shrugged and said “sometimes” ugh. As the week progressed we would have to ask for coffee, toilet paper, towel etc. The manager was actually starting to be more helpful. I will not stay here again. We left housekeeping a tip hoping the room would be restocked. Nope.
This is a hotel ment for business travel only. I booked it because I’ve been to Wiesbaden several times and it was convenient for me to know where I was.

Sauber und hilfsbereites Personal

Comfortable and Efficient. The hotel room was very comfortable with good facilities and very close to the Mall.

The hotel is also very close to the train station and city centre. Lots of dinning options available.

Took the bus to visit some historic churches. Would recommend to others.
