Cons:

Shower....shower curtains were a nightmare as they are too short and water goes everywhere. Bed was extremely firm ok for others but my partner has back issues and I have a hip injury which was exasperated not a fault on Viv's Hotel but it was extremely high off the ground making difficult to get in and out if you rolled over the fall would be an issue and you kick your toes on the wooden frame. No wardrobe and no fatalities to heat food which would have been nice...the fridge was too small and no freezer for our ice packs as most other hotels have this option. Thin walls had to tell the other guests to be quiet as we could hear them through the walls. Will not choose to stay again but thanks to the Staff making it bearable.

Was excellent for all the reasons we were there and would stay again

Great location, paid parking on site and the continental breakfast.

Cons:

Too many power lights in the room: tv, phone, aircon controller, aircon unit and bathroom mirror, meant it was never dark.
