Decent room in Wellington for a good price !
Funky
Seemed to be lots of small issues with the rooms. Room wasn’t particularly user friendly with a big steel post crossing the side of the bed!
Compact but had everything I needed. Great shower pressure! Clean and light switches by the bed as well as at the door. Surprising how many places don't have this and what a difference it makes.
It was an internal room so no windows which was more discombobulating than I had expected. But that was a me problem not a room problem as I had known it was internal when booking and the price reflected it.
Receiving more milk for coffee.
Couldn't fit behind shower door to close. Up graded to bigger bed, was to firm. Unable to use TV not user friendly.
The bed was comfortable. The room was compact but well equiped. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't expect this to be the Ritz Carlton but it is clean, warm and comfortable and great value for money. Check in out of hours worked like a dream.
TV remote wasnt working so had to use the wall socket which wasnt easy to get to so I just left it off. Some space in the restaurant/bar/reception could perhaps be made accessible out of hours (even with a room key) to provide a space outside the room to work/read a book. Hooks and/or space for hanging clothes and towels would be appreciated. Breakfast presentation could be improved.
Convenience, value for money, clean
Nothing
Great location and great for having parking.
Entrance to parking not entirely user friendly.
Leaving
No what I expected nothing to eat until breakfast then that’s nothing but stale bread for toast or cereal best part off the breakfast was the milk
Very helpful reception team. Easy parking and check in. Efficiently done.
Quiet room with good facilities
Nil specific
Great service , very welcoming.
Great price point (so expect some trade offs)
Surprisingly quiet - better than some other inner city hotels
Bed was like concrete - honestly hardest bed I have ever slept on . 2 nights and I was broken .
Bathrooms with frosted glass that don’t really give a lot of privacy are an unusual and a bit uncomfortable
