Enjoyable just fees aren’t clear
Pros:

Location is perfect. Facilities new and sufficient friendly staff

Cons:

The price on booking I booked at taxes fees included AUD $ 1296. However at check out the total became: AUD $1769. No extended or extra consumptions. Added 2 days breakfast just not sure where went wrong for the extra charges. Try to communicate and they insist there are more taxes and fees. Otherwise would be a perfect Shanghai Hotel!

Very well thought out and planned hotel
Pros:

Hotel is amazing. Modern, clean and the hotel signature smell is out of this world. I didn’t wanna leave. Room I had was very spacious and the layout was carefully thought and planned.

Plenty of restaurants around and a mall directly opposite. Staff were exceptionally good.

Cons:

The only fault I can summarise is the location. It was a bit far from Pudong and the touristy side of Shanghai but the location was quite good.
