מיקום נפלא מול הים, שירות מצויין, ניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאד, אוכל מצויין, מיטה מעולה, יותר נוחה מהמיטה בבית.. רציתי לקחת את המזרון אבל הוא לא נכנס למזוודה 🤣 מה צריך יותר מזה? היה לנו פאן במקסימום.
המחיר, מילא מחיר החדר שאתו השלמנו כי המלון באמת ברמה גבוהה מאד, אבל גם כל הסובב. קוקטייל בבריכה 92 ₪, בירה 43 ₪, מסאז' 775 (!!!) ₪.
> **Très déçu pour cette 4ᵉ visite.** Des travaux au lobby a seulement minuit, et à la piscine dès 17h30 ont rendu le séjour particulièrement difficile et il était impossible de profiter pleinement des installations et de se détendre. À cela s’ajoutent **deux blocages de l’ascenseur au 17ᵉ étage**.

> Malgré tous ces désagréments, **aucun geste commercial ni indemnisation** n’a été proposé. C’est d’autant plus décevant que je suis un client fidèle. J’ai malheureusement le sentiment que **l’hôtel prend un mauvais tournant et que la qualité du service se dégrade**. C’est vraiment dommage, car mes précédentes expériences étaient bien meilleures.
Emplacement , design de l’hôtel
Très bruyant dans les parties communes pour un hôtel de standing comme celui ci . Dommage ça m’a gâché le séjour , un grand merci à Julie responsable des guests relations qui a fait un geste pour s’excuser des désagréments qu’on a eu et qui m’a promis lors de mon prochain séjour, une chambre bien au calme car malgré ce problème que j’ai eu lors de 2 séjours sur 3 c’est un hôtel à Tel-Aviv, que je recommande vraiment.
Je recommande aussi leur spa qui est top.
Après concernant le bruit que l’on a eu, c’était souvent le matin très tôt les femmes de chambre mais aussi beaucoup des clients qui sont irrespectueux et ça malheureusement l’hôtel n’est pas fautif
la vue sur la mer
le service n etait pas a la hauteur du prix sollicité, j ai été obligé de prendre une suite mais l hôtel n etait pas complet et le restaurant etait fermé et les invités pouvaient manger au sous sol sur un buffet meskin et désagréable et le pire c est que l on m a débité ma carte bancaire sans me prévenir pour une surtaxé non acceptée Inadmissible quant on a paye 4000 dollars pour 2 jours , une belle arnaque pour touristes et j allais oublier ma chambre n a pas été faite a 16h00 de l après-midi ???il a fallut appeler pour avoir des excuses......
Very clean and smells nice. Room is spacious, super clean and the beds were very comfy. Pool was great and accessible. Service was extraordinary. Tommy at the reception was especially superior in service and made us feel very welcome from the first moment we entered right up until we checked out.

We stayed at the Kempinski for a week and had a wonderful experience. The outstanding facilities, exceptional breakfast, and perfect location made our stay truly memorable. A very special thank you to Eva (front desk manager) and Maxime (at the pool), for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!
