Perfect. The staff was there the next day… ready to help with everything. Breakfast way delicious.
Pros:

Everything functioned perfectly. I arrived after eleven pm but the code worked and the doors slid open. The card for the room worked. The room was spacious and clean. The colours calming. The water boiler was ready. I could make myself a cup of hot tea and sink into bed after a very long day.

Cons:

no complaints.

Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind
Pros:

Das große Zimmer, das kostenlose Eis für die Kinder und der kostenlose Kaffee für uns Erwachsene. Das super freundliche Personal. Und auch, dass man sich ein Handtuch nehmen durfte, wenn es doch mal zu knapp war.

Cons:

Leider hat uns die Sauberkeit nicht gefallen. Sowohl im Badezimmer waren die Heizkörper ziemlich dreckig als auch die Dusche nicht ordentlich gesäubert. Auch der Boden hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen was für uns mit Kleinkind sehr unangenehm ist, da das Kind krabbelt, auf dem Boden spielt, rennt und turnt, da sollte es schon sauber sein. Auch im Frühstücksraum war der Boden sehr dreckig. Unser Kind hat eine viertel Tomate verloren, die ich nicht wieder finden konnte. Am nächsten Tag hab ich sie leider auf dem Boden wieder entdeckt.

Cons:

Der konsequente Verzicht auf Bargeld zeitigt etwas merkwürdige Folgen. Einen Koffer für ein paar Stunden nur mit Kreditkarte, QR-Code usw. unterstellen zu können, ist fast schon albern. Man müsste doch noch irgendwo einen Euro einwerfen, den Schlüssel abziehen und am Schluss mit dem Schlüssel das Fach wieder öffnen und den Euro zurückerhalten können - wie in jedem Museum.
Nicht immer die alte offline-Welt die schlechtere.

Die Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof ist grundsätzlich gut, weil man auch nahe am Zentrum ist. Jedoch ist es, wenn man wie wir ein Zimmer in Richtung Hauptstrasse hat, etwas lauter...

Prima hotel centraal gelegen
Pros:

Nieuw modern hotel.
De locatie, dicht bij het centrum

Cons:

Geen of weinig personeel bij de receptie. Echter wel goede communicatie tbv toegang via de mail.
Het vinden van de ingang voor de parkeerplaats.
Tip, deze zit exact links naast de Victaria parkeergarage op het stationsplein.

Cons:

Rezeption war am Sonntag Morgen nicht besetzt.
Check-out Zeit konnte auf der Webseite nicht in Erfahrung gebracht werden. Bereits um 9 Uhr wurde schon das Zimmer gereinigt, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt und noch nicht die Zähne geputzt hatten.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, das aber doch etwas renovierungsbedürftig ist.
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, einfaches Frühstücksbuffet, die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen war gut. Direkt am Haus sind kostengünstige Parkplätze verfügbar. Haustiere sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf an der einen oder anderen Stelle eines Facelifts.Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war nach unserer Meinung nicht so groß wie erwartet.

Frühstück war top! Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind mit 8 Jahren gebucht. Über Booking und telefonisch nach einem Bett fürs Kind gefragt, wurde aber nicht organisiert.. leider musste das 8jährige bei uns im Bett schlafen, war nicht so toll.

Liked the location and amenities and breakfast; staff availability at core hours e.g at check out should be guaranteed.

Cons:

That there was no front-desk staff available at hours when there should have been someone.
I tried to resolve an issue I encountered on my departure day since going down to breakfast at 7, until 10 when I left. There wasn’t a soul. Reception hours should be listen clearly. Instead, you get to call a number answered by a BOT and when it cannot help, call is transferred to the equally clueless staff from a different hotel.
The Maison staff, when available, are lovely.
