Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Frühstück war super - sehr viel Auswahl, viel Frisches und eine Terrasse draußen zum Frühstück. Das hat mich wieder nach der kaum durchgeschöaffenen Nacht wegen dem lauten Geräuschpegel wieder besser gestimmt. Danke sehr ans Personal nochmal.
Klimaanlage war super laut - lauter als die Hauptstraße draußen 😂 direkt am Kopf beim Bett angebaut.
Sehr gut gelegen, man ist schnell im Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch gut erreichbar
Parcheggio compreso nel prezzo. Posizione centrale buona August girabile a piedi dall'albergo. Camera per 4 spaziosa. Buona e abbondante la colazione . Buona anche la possibilita' di usufruire del caffe' o tisane in qualsiasi momento.
Struttura abbandonata a se stessa in reception non c'e' mai nessuno.check on line che non era chiaro fosse cosi per chi non parla la lingua non semplice.personale al telefono comunque molto gentile. Porta del bagno in parte rotta. Struttura che necessita di manutenzione e pulizia
La camera è grandissima, molto bella ..anche il bagno ampio e molto bello ..tutto pulito e ordinato.
Se devo trovare un piccolo neo manca un armadio ci sono diverse cassettiere ma per appendere c'era solo l'appendiabiti all' ingresso..non è stato un problema però se si potesse aggiungere sarebbe perfetto
L'emplacement, le parking derrière l'hôtel (5€/nuit), la gentillesse de la personne qui s'est occupé de nous, le petit déjeuner
Le clim en panne au 4eme étage sous les toits avec plus de 30⁰ dans la chambre et personne à l'hôtel à notre arrivée donc personne pour nous aider

Der Zugangscode wurde mir nicht zugesendet. Da ab 20 Uhr kein Personal mehr vor Ort ist und ab 22 Uhr auch der Telefonservice nicht mehr erreichbar ist, kann dies für Gäste zu einem erheblichen Problem werden.
Ich war bereits früher in diesem Hotel und hatte mich gewundert das ich den Zugangscode nicht erhalten habe. Zum Glück konnte ich die Hotline noch rechtzeitig erreichen.
Es muss zuverlässig sichergestellt sein, dass alle Gäste ihren Zugangscode rechtzeitig vor der Anreise erhalten. Gerade bei einem Hotel ohne durchgehend besetzte Rezeption ist das eine grundlegende Voraussetzung für einen funktionierenden Check-in.
