Pros:

Hotel centrale con comodo parcheggio a 5€ il giorno nel cortile retrostante ,palestra, biliardo in un bel salone un po’ retro ma piacevole.Check-in rapido e personale molto gentile. Ho occupato in tre adulti e un peloso una suite familiare ,una bella stanza grande sottotetto, luminosa con bagno comodo ,frigobar e bollitore.. ma il caffè è disponibile gratuitamente tutto il giorno
in struttura.Letti grandi e comodi. Colazione super con scelta di salato varia , pane fresco e uova cucinate a vista, il dolce è sempre poco ma sufficiente . In diversi particolari la struttura mi è sembrata avere una cura particolare per la clientela( bevande e snack free in palestra, deodorante, crema mani nel bagno della sala colazioni).
Molto gentile anche il trattamento per il mio cagnolino (snack)

Cons:

Due piccole cose che comunque non hanno disturbato la breve vacanza, nel bagno la finestra difettosa nell’’apertura ha bisogno di manutenzione e il condizionatore non necessario non ho capito se funzionasse

It’s a good place to stay central in Augsburg with the family,but it’s definitely NOT the 4 Stars at which it is adverti
Pros:

We like the central location of the place.

Cons:

The bathroom / toilet wasn’t clean. There were pee stains and dead bugs.
In the main sitting room, the sockets are partially coming out of the wall.

The reception being staffed at certain times is even highlighted in the booking. However, at the advertized times nobody was there.

Mein bezahltes Frühstück wurde Booking.com nach 5 Wochen noch nicht erstattet.
Cons:

Frühstück fiel aus. Um 7:00 war der Bereich verwaist. kein Büfett aufgebaut. kein Personal. Auszubildender kam zu spät. Frisches Brot/Brötchen waren auch um 7:20 noch nicht geliefert. Rezeption nicht besetzt, da Feiertag.
Schöne Bilder im Netz. Realität sieht anders aus. Enger heißer Flur. Ein-Personen-Aufzug. Koffer müssen über eine kleine Zugangstreppe getragen werden.

Das Zimmer zur Straße man konnte keine Fenster öffnen sonst zu laut . Und die Klimaanlage war auch zu laut .

Camera accogliente, posizione comoda.

Cons:

Le informazioni riguardo al pin di ingresso e il pin per il box chiavi sono arrivate alla sera mentre avevo scritto nelle richieste che saremmo arrivati alle ore 16.
Non c’è mai personale disponibile per avere informazioni.
Il metodo per avere la pulizia della camera non è efficiente.

Sehr gut gelegenes aber in die Jahre gekommenes, Hotel.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Steckerleis gratis, nettes Personal

Cons:

Dusche mit kaum Wasserdruck, Macken an den Wänden, veraltetes Bad, Gym ohne Klimaanlage mit geschmackloser Einrichtung und teils defekten Geräte. Mittelmäßiges Frühstück. 150€ pro Nacht sind dafür einfach zu viel

Motor achter hek goed beveiligd. Ruime prettige kamer goed bed en airco

Cons:

Duitse principes waren er om 14.30 hebben 30 min in lobby moeten wachten want 15 uur is 15 uur. Ook niemand aan de receptie in eerste instantie. Erg afstandelijk.

Die Frühstücksbedienung war top, die Rezeptionistin auch

Der CheckIn war eine Katastrophe, hat erst nach dem vierten Anlauf funktioniert, dauerte ca. 1 Stunde,
3 Telefonate, je ca. 10 min. von Österreich aus, es war mehr als nervig
Es war nicht möglich im Haupthotel das Gebäck nach dem CheckOut zwischen zu lagern, auch keine Entschuldigung für den CheckIn

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal nett. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt als wir auf unser Zimmer kamen. Bettzeug, Handtücher noch vom Vorgänger. Dann war aber niemand vom Personal mehr anwesend. Telefonisch musste man erst mit einer KI telefonieren und dann hat es ewig gedauert bis man jemanden am Telefon hatte. Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Hier war die Dusche schmutzig und Handtücher nur für eine Person. Am zweiten Tag ging dann unsere Karte fürs Zimmer nicht. Dann ging das ganze wieder los, telefonieren mit der KI........Es ist auch ein Unding das anscheinend immer nur Lehrlinge anwesend sind, welche aber in manchen Dingen einfach überfordert sind. Außer der netten Dame vom Frühstück. Die war wirklich super, zuvorkommend und nett. Und wir waren nicht die Einzigen die Probleme hatten.
