Absolutely first class hotel can’t fault anything.

Ganska litet rum men det hade allt som man behöver. Fantastisk roof top där man kunde beställa såväl drinkar som mat. Lika bra var lobbyn med café och bageri där vi åt lättare frukostar (jättegoda grillade smörgåsar) på morgnarna. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är jättebra.

The hotel was fantastic we stayed here at the start of our Japan trip and was one of our favourites it was so close to all the places we wanted to visit, had an amazing cafe downstairs which we got breakfast at everyday, a lovely rooftop bar with a gorgeous view of the sunset which was great at the end of a long day exploring and even a little area to microwave our 7eleven meals. The staff were so accommodating it was our honeymoon and we managed to surprise my husband with a decorated room which was lovely after such a long flight. It’s also super easy to get luggage transport to your next hotel and there’s a great record bar just down the road which is worth trying.
Location was perfect and staff very nice and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay.

When I check in, a staff with ID card displaying 'Kanae' attended me. She was polite and helpful, but I felt that she was slightly impatient and was not in a good mood. I am only sharing my very subjective impression at that particular moment, no intention to exaggerate or understate my feeling, but I felt frustrated a little bit.
