Best hotel in Japan! It’s incredible, highly recommend it
Pros:

Everything! Very good location, staff are so lovely, the breakfast and restaurant are fantastic. The best hotel we have stayed in in Japan. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is a wonderful example of what makes Japanese hospitality so special.
From the very beginning of our stay, when there was a misunderstanding regarding the reservation we had made through Booking.com, to the smallest details throughout our stay, we experienced nothing but kindness, efficiency and genuine care.
The beds are extremely comfortable, the hotel is spotless, and the laundry facilities are convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast is another highlight — generous, varied and delicious.
But above all, it is the staff who make this hotel truly exceptional. I cannot praise them enough. Every member of the team seems genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and at home. And what makes it even more special is the way they do it — always with a sincere smile, warmth and a wonderful, positive energy. It is hospitality at its very best.
There are also some lovely extra touches: the rooftop and the excellent bakery are definite bonuses.
We would absolutely stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan.
One small tip when booking: check the room description carefully, as rooms on the first floor do not have a view.

Nohga hotel de Kioto es un lujo para repetir
Pros:

Habitación sumamente amplia, moderna y confortable ,baños modernos y amplios. El café y el té que ofrecen en las habitaciones deliciosos. La vajilla en la habitación hermosa y de diseño

Pros:

O café da manhã tem uma variedade bizarra de padaria, a comida é deliciosa tanto no almoço quanto jantar. Acomodações confortáveis e super limpas. Tem um templo relevante bem perto, a pé.

Cons:

Atendimento em geral é precário. Até tentam ser atenciosos, mas falham fortemente na execução.

Pros:

とても設備や備品にこだわりを感じ、快適だった。脱プラスチックの試みで、歯ブラシの果てまで竹製品になっているところに、感動した。使い心地も良かった。
朝食も、ヨーロッパのようなスタイルで、とても美味しかった。
ホテルスタッフの挨拶が清々しい。

Cons:

ホテルの看板(表示？)が小さすぎて、車で探すのが大変だった。この点は、スタイリッシュすぎ。
ホテルの設備、お部屋、食事の内容に対して、ありがたいことだが価格が低すぎる。見たところほとんどの宿泊客が外国人のようだったが、日本を安売りしている印象がある。
