La piscine vide car la météo ne s’y prêtait pas! La taille de la chambre. Les produits de douche.
Les boissons à la réception. L’amabilité du personnel à la réception. La luggage room très pratique.
Les oreillers, la saleté des vitres de la chambre, l’impossibilité de bien obscurcir la chambre pour dormir après le lever du soleil (5h17).
On nous avait donné une chambre avec lit-boîte en hauteur et on a eu des lits standards. Grosse déception.
Das große Zimmer mit sechs Schlafplätzen war ideal für unsere Gruppe! Auch das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Größe.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und preiswert.
Rooms were not properly cleaned for next day use even after I informed the staff they didn’t change towels.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top! Il permet de faire beaucoup d’activités à pied. Quartier sympa relativement silencieux (mise à part le tram en bas de l’hôtel).
Le personnel était très agréable ! Nous avons réservé la chambre de 6 et c’était parfait.
Nous avons regretté qu’en 3 nuits il y ai eu aucun changement de serviettes/tapis de bain et restock de papier toilette !

Swimming pool is small and quite cold you are not able to swim a length due to steps in the middle.

friendly staff, everything was exceptional. just don't expect an olympic sized swimming pool
Rooms were clean and spacious. We could also store our luggage prior to check-in. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when we had a medical emergency.
Was a bit noisy at night time with people going up and down the stairs to the rooftop bar.
