Was a little bit noisey at night with people talking and slamming doors in corridor
We had a wonderful stay in Queenstown and would definitely come back again. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading us to a mountain view room, which made our stay extra special. Special mention to Fiona at the front desk for her warm and helpful service throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and kept at the perfect temperature, especially since it was freezing outside. The toiletries provided smelled great and were more than enough for our stay. The housekeeping staff were also always pleasant and did an excellent job cleaning the room each day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience and we highly recommend staying here.

The location is very convenient as it is only 5-7mins drive to the Queenstown airport. I would like to compliment the duty manager, Rachel, who has served us when we are checking in to the hotel. She is very helpful and friendly. She is able to assist us to address our concern and solve our problems patiently. I really appreciate her good service and the hospitality she has provided to us.

There was finished meal service left outside a guest room for the duration of our stay - this was not a pleasant sight!
