Lovely room, not knocked about like so many hotels close by, we have stayed in. Great pillows and comfy bed. Good amenities.
Not such a friendly young lady at reception. Sofa had stains on it.
Parking is an issue. Not enough allocated Holiday Inn Parks. Then have to scramble to try and find one close by on street.

I loved that the room catered for a family of 5 as it’s hard for us to find one room usually. It was clean, provided way more than most hotels that are at the same rate. The staff were incredible and the place just had an amazing feel. Highly recommend to family and friends

Bed was clean, shower was clean and mould-free, nice new fixtures and fittings. Amazing room view. Liked having a metal kettle (reducing my microplastic intake one cup of tea at a time!) Liked being positioned right next to the emergency exit, in light of the Te Anau earthquake a few days earlier.
- The floor didn’t appear to be as well vacuumed as I expected
- I noticed a few scuff marks on the walls, presumably from previous guests. (Sorry I forgot to take photos of these)
- I could have sworn someone else left a tissue under one of my beds in the room that I discovered when I got down on my mat to do yoga; but I’ll give Holiday Inn the benefit of the doubt here.
