Cons:

Our room looked as it had not been cared for for the last many years. Paint was marked badly and the furniture was falling apart. Shower gel, hairwash are not the same. Dont offer such. Shuttles should run 24 7

Ideal place to stay if arriving at Munich airport in the evening.
Pros:

Conveniently close to the airport. Good breakfast. Shuttle to the airport at certain times.

Good value for money

Cons:

As far as I know there is really much in that area for dinner as far as I know. The hotel reception didn’t really tell us much about that, though I didn’t ask as we’d taken the bus train into the city and bought back sandwiches as I couldn’t see anything on the map nearby. We only needed the room for one night so it wasn’t really any issue but I wouldn’t stay in that area for longer than 1 night as there isn’t much within walking distance.
