Clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were super cosy. I was very impressed with the cot, which looked very new and had a mattress included! Thank you for this, our 1yo was very comfortable and slept well. The location was great, so many great places to eat and it was easy to get where we needed to go. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

No one was at reception when we went to check in, even when we confirmed our time of arrival with reception. Calls would not connect, but they responded to my husbands text message to say they would hurry back. This was disappointing after a 4hr drive with 2 young kids who were tired and impatient to get comfortable.

Wonderful little apartment
Pros:

Overall was a pleasant stay and exactly what we needed, was going to try stay again this Friday to Saturday but had nothing available

Staff upgraded our room with ease when requested.

Cons:

Cleaning not offered often enough. Once in 6 days/5 nights.

Really bad pillows, which we remembered from last time. Very flat.

Location was great, it was quite even though the street was supper busy. The bed was super comfy and the shower was awesome. Staff were lovely
