Great location, comfortable bed.
David Hotel doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a serviced apartment. There is a limited front desk service, check-in is encouraged to be done via an App, every door you walk through needs a different digital code (found in the App). The room itself was fine if you like an industrial warehouse vibe with limited natural light. It's trendy but wasn't to my taste.
This could be a great place to stay for a trendy, well located apartment but it doesn't offer the service I was expecting from a Hotel. And the price was extortionate (admittedly we were there during the Grand Prix weekend).
The location is great. Walking distance to many places, and a metro station is not far away. The accommodation is great, except the showers, clean and functional with a comfortable bed and reliable temperature controls.
The shower. Where do I even start... All the worst interior design decisions culminated into this shower stall. See-through walls, no door, no curb. Had to use all spare towels to soak up the water sipping from the shower.
Modern and attractive, easy access, good location, washing machine and dryer.
Nowhere to sit in a comfortable chair. Only the bed and the bench stools. A clothes airer would be useful.

A sheet with were to find things in the room without having to ask
Like the detergent for the washing machine. A ramp on the side of the stairs for handicapped to bring luggage in and get up and down the stairs. Even a railing would have helped.

The shower with glass walls and no mirror over the bathroom sink (makes cleaning contact lenses and shaving very difficult).

Spacy and clean. Washing machine and dryer was big.
It’s not a minus but good to be aware: the bath sink and shower are inside the room. So with kids it’s a question of convenient. Also there is no storage of luggage on site as it’s Appartments
