Would not book again if there isn’t any available none smoking room.
Pros:

It’s quite close to the station and also the konbinis.

Cons:

They had only left with smoking room during my reservation. Unfortunately, the smell along the corridor and in the room is really unbearable. They did not have any other available rooms for me to change to despite being okay to top up the extra.
Sadly, for the sake of my health, I had to leave and rebook another location for the rest of my trip as I couldn’t even stand staying in the room for more than 15 mins.

幸せでした。
Pros:

とにかくスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかった。とても優しく丁寧な対応に安らぎました。メガネをかけた男性スタッフ様ありがとうございました。時間前に到着してしまったのですが嫌な顔１つ見せず笑顔で対応、荷物預かりをして頂きました。
また帰りの際の優しい対応まで感動してしまいまた来ようと決めました。

そして、朝食。
他の東横インさんでは見た事ないお魚、筑前煮、ハムなどがあり本当に嬉しかったです。
この価格でお魚が頂けるならまた絶対に行きたいです^ ^

こんなに良かった所はありません。

快適でした
Pros:

駅から近く、周りにコンビニや飲食店もあって便利。静かな環境。
エレベーターにのるのにルームキーが必要でセキュリティー面もしっかりしていると思った。
でも後ろにいたらだれでも簡単に乗れちゃう。
自由に飲めるコーヒーがあるところが最高。
スタッフが研修中２人いたが、社員のフォローがちゃんとできていたし、親切だった。

Cons:

朝食に牛乳とウインナーと納豆が欲しかった！（個人的な好みなのでしょうがないですが、定番なのであるだろうと勝手に思い込んでいたのでよけい寂しかった・・・）
ジャーマンポテトがドロドロで残念だった。
