Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal beim Frühstück war trotz des enormen Ansturms sehr bemüht, freundlich, verständnisvoll und hat sich sogar für Feedback bedankt.
Die Lage des Hotels war für unseren Aufenthalt grundsätzlich passend.

Cons:

Unprofessionelles Rezeptionspersonal & fehlende Reaktion: Der Service an der Rezeption war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Sowohl am Abend als auch beim Auschecken erlebten wir die Mitarbeiter als herablassend, unflexibel und wenig hilfsbereit. Eine im Nachgang schriftlich eingereichte Beschwerde an die Hotelleitung wurde bis heute komplett ignoriert – es gab keinerlei Reaktion oder Entschuldigung.
​Unzureichende Kapazitäten beim Frühstück: Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Gesamtzahl der Hotelgäste spürbar zu klein ausgelegt. Es war extrem schwierig, überhaupt noch freie Plätze für fünf Personen zu finden. Zudem kam es am Buffet zu langen Wartezeiten und Schlangen.
​Sauberkeit der Teppiche: Der Teppichboden wies sehr unschöne, deutliche Flecken auf. Mit modernen Nassreinigern sollte so etwas in einem Hotel heutzutage eigentlich kein Problem darstellen.
​Mängel bei der Klimaanlage: Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. In einem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, im anderen ließ sie sich gar nicht erst regulieren und lief ununterbrochen durch.
​Zimmergröße & Bad: Mit der ausgezogenen Schlafcouch war das Zimmer extrem eng, sodass man kaum noch durchgehen konnte. Im Badezimmer steht zudem nach dem Duschen rasch das halbe Bad unter Wasser.
Fazit:
Aufgrund des durchweg negativen Eindrucks beim Personal, dem ignoranten Umgang mit Beschwerden und den Mängeln im Zimmer werden wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

Stress beim Personal und beim Frühstück

Sehr gute Lage, gute und saubere Ausstattung. Modern

Cons:

Das Personal war ständig überfordert. Beim Einchecken wird Selbständigkeit verlangt. Leider ist das Programm auch überfordert. Das Parken in der Hotelgarage musste gesondert abgerechnet werden, so dass man nicht selbst auschecken konnte . Der Frühstücksraum war ständig überfüllt. Die beiden Kaffeemaschinen erforderten langes Anstehen. Wenn man die Zeiten nutzte, die außerhalb des Hauptansturms lagen, war entweder das Büfett noch nicht vollständig oder vieles verbraucht. Unser Zimmer war 24 Stunden offen, weil der Schließmechanismus defekt war und Handwerker nicht erreichbar waren.
Angeblich passiert das öfter.
Wegen der Klimaanlage kann man nicht lüften.

I liked the location—conveniently close to the train station, attractions, and restaurants.
A well-designed, cozy room with a very comfortable bed. Finally a room that actually had space to sit down, unpack, hang up my jacket, and make coffee or tea—something that isn't always a given. The same goes for the bathroom: it was spotless and well-designed, with a comfortable shower and a large vanity area with a sink and a shelf. I have no complaints whatsoever. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night.
The price also included a breakfast with good coffee and a wide selection of hot and cold dishes.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend, man ist auf jeden Fall satt geworden. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Ansicht war alles top. Das einzige wäre vielleicht das man den Teppichboden in den Zimmern erneuern könnte, unserer war ziemlich fleckig. Aber ansonsten war alles okay.
