Overall, good for the amount of money.
Pros:

The convenience. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The apartment was clean but the laundry equipment could be attended to.
There is a quiet time in the courtyard after 9PM but I’m not sure the residents are aware of it, There were a couple of loud nights. Perhaps a few posted signs around the building would help.

Easy walking around between the property and the Haywood Mall and riding on buses to head down to downtown GreenvilleSC
Pros:

Very elegant room, with nice Queen sized bed and two (2) flat screens.

Cons:

That some customers were noisy at hours that’s considered sleeping time.

The room itself had every room separated.

Cons:

They would've had a great score, but one of the beds sheets had a stain on it .They brought clean sheets, but we had to change them; this was my only problem.

The room was large and comfortable, enjoyed the large tub, the convenience to many areas was great.
Pros:

The rooms were large, we liked the amenities, the proximity to the Mall, other shops and Bon Secours Arena.

Cons:

No lobby area, no type of breakfast area.
