Para desconectar
Pros:

El hotel es precioso. Esta todo cuidado al detalle. La cama de la habitación realmente era extragrande y muy comoda. Está en pleno centro.

Cons:

El parking, tienen pocas plazas y ya estaban ocupadas cuando llegamos, pero hay otros parkings cerca.

De lokatie is erg goed

Cons:

Het personeel helpt niet. Bij de check in kwamen we aan en waren ze samen aan het praten. Dat bleven ze doen zonder even aan te geven dat ze ons hadden gezien en zo zouden helpen. Erg ongastvrij. Tijdens de check in was het niet mogelijk 2 boekingen te combineren om de kamer te kunnen blijven tot de laatste dag. Erg onprofessioneel.

Perfect location in a luxury comfortable modern hotel
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Modern and good build. Clean. Staff were great

Cons:

No pool.
No tours or package options to do wine tours

A luxurious and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is a perfect stay in Logrono. We enjoyed it a lot, the facilities were good. There was a gym, a spa, a terrace and a nice restaurant. The staff at the reception were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. The bathroom was big and the shower was just perfect. A big plus is the underground parking that was available at the hotel.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast was not so friendly and helpful as the other staff in the hotel. The buffet was not fully refilled and some of the menu items were not available anymore. It was kind of a strange vibe at breakfast.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes tolles Zimmer, modern, in diesem besonderen Gebäude untergebracht. Der Hammer! Bett bequem und ein grosses modernes Bad mit phantastischer Dusche.

Cons:

Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist ein wenig eine Herausforderung, da man durch die Fußgängerzone fahren muss und mit dem Auto in den Lift. Ein Abendteuer,.aber machbar.

Great stay in the middle of Logrono!
Pros:

Location excellent right off Camino Santiago if you are walking. If you are driving, free parking very close.
The staff was very kind and efficient.

Cons:

We had a room where bed upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Although beautiful, tough for us older folks to go up and down in the middle of the night.

Everything was perfect and amazing value. Whole hotel feels very new but still sympathetic to historic building. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend
