The staff, especially the lady who works at the reception in the afternoon. They were helpful. The location was good, only few minutes away from the metro. The internet was fast enough for streaming.
We were given a very much sub-par room upon arrival. It was not what we ordered. It did not have any room to move and for 2 people it felt like you were canned sardines. Luckily we were able to change to a room that was as advertised.

For the price, everything was perfectly fine. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The location is reasonably close to the main attractions.
The hotel does not have its own parking. Street parking is available, and there is also a gravel parking lot about 300 meters from the hotel, where we paid 3,000 HUF per day. At first, it looked a bit questionable, but our car stayed there for three days without any issues.
There is a Lidl supermarket nearby, which was very convenient, and several restaurants are within walking distance.
Overall, our expectations were fully met for the price we paid. Our expectations were met, and we felt we received good value for the money. ⭐⭐⭐

Very nice hotel near Hero Square area and Museum of Fine Art, very quite street, easy access to public transport or taxi. The room was brand new looked like a small studio. People at reception were very friendly and helpful! We didn't book breakfast as we were starting our days early, but they offer breakfast somewhere 100 meters from the hotel in case needed for extra payment.
