Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mit Tram-Haltestelle vor der Tür und direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt in einem guten Takt war das Ausschlaggebende für unsere Buchung; zudem die Möglichkeit, in einer öffentlichen (wenn auch teuren) Tiefgarage mit direktem Hotelzugang zu parken, wenn kein Parkplatz in den Nebenstraßen verfügbar wäre.
Das "Standard Doppelzimmer mit Küchenzeile" hat uns positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war groß und gut beleuchtet, ebenso das Bad. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Die Küchenausstattung im Schrank war top. Alles war sehr sauber.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war super, die Aufstellung der Tische war großzügig, sodass ein gemütliches Frühstück möglich war.
Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

What kept me coming back, even when not staying at the hotel directly, is the bar & restaurant. The staff there are incredibly accommodating and the quality of the food and drinks (especially the cocktails) is superb.
