Из семи ночей, пять не работал кондиционер. Менеджеры делали вид что это редкость, хотя говорили с постояльцами и это было у всех, ночью становилось очень душно.

Nettes Hotel, aber leider überteuert...
Pros:

Dsa Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl geboten (frisch gepresste Säfte, frische Waffeln, sogar Prosecco).

Cons:

Aus dem Münchner Stadtzentrum dauert es lange das Hotel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Mein Zimmer war sehr klein und wirkte auf jeden Fall kleiner als die angegebene Raumgröße.
Das Hotel-Fitnessstudio ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet und ich frage mich, warum Hotelgäste nicht das umfangreiche Fitnessstudio direkt nebenan mitbenutzen dürfen.
Im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist der Preis von 125 € für eine Person im Doppelzimmer pro Nacht vollkommen überteuert!

Schönes neues Hotel, sehr angenehm mit guter Atmosphäre. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und gute sowie ruhige Lage! Die Straßenbahn befindet sich in direkter Umgebung.
