The hotel staff and the restaurant also have excellent food.
Parking problem is the distance from the hotel and the high prices.
The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the corner room and the space of the room.
The welcome was absent. I was stood in reception for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member. They were none to be found. Just a "we'll be back" sign.
A queue had formed and there was no acknowledgment of the delay.

Schoon, leuk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt.

Goede locatie als je met de trein komt, klein stukje lopen naar de stad.
Bij aankomst in het hotel stond er een enorme rij bij het inchecken en was er slechts één medewerker achter de balie. Hierdoor hebben wij zeker 40 minuten moeten wachten.
Daarnaast had ik bij het boeken extra betaald voor een kamer met uitzicht op de stad. Tot mijn teleurstelling keek ik echter uit op het spoor. Ik ben direct teruggegaan naar de receptie en kreeg een andere kamer, maar deze had precies hetzelfde uitzicht, alleen twee verdiepingen hoger. Toen ik opnieuw terugging, bleek dit volgens het hotel “stadszicht” te zijn.
Voor een kamer met uitzicht zou ik hier dus zeker niet extra bijbetalen.
De locatie was goed, dicht bij de stad.
Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed!
De stank in de badkamer was niet te harden. Het leek uit het doucheputje te komen. Tijdens het tandenpoetsen, toiletbezoek, het douchen; iedere keer rook je de stank.
Ook was het een tegenvaller dat we in een parkeergarage betaald moesten parkeren.
Personeel
De kamer en badkamer had een vreemde geur. Daarnaast erg warm in de kamer.
The rooms were clean. And the bedding comfortable. Shower is very large. They serve Bossche Bollen and the rooftop restaurant is great!
The cover of the mattress came loose every night. That's really the only thing that bothered us.
Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, sauberes „Business“ Zimmer, mit guter Dusche im Bad. Umfangreiches, tolles Frühstück. Fahrräder konnten im Personalbereich abgestellt werden.
