Well located, nice staff.
The breakfast could be better. We also had a room in a connected building which was quite away from the main entrance.

The location is great, in the centre and close to public transport. Very walkable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Modern styled rooms and bathrooms were very clean with good lighting. Shampoo and body wash provided for and not too stripping. Generous amount of coffee and tea provided in the room. Hair dryer is in the black bag inside the cupboard which we missed on the first night haha. Would recommend.
Was assigned originally an accessibility room despite not choosing that (little awkward as we are able-bodied) the room would be fantastic for disabled people as big clean bathroom with emergency red alarms and bedrooms, but it was alright as the staff were lovely and quickly gave us a more appropriate room on a higher floor. Alright view, couldnt figure out how to open the window but not a big deal.
Great location, nice breakfast.
Bin the room wasn't cleaned which had nappies in when our room was cleaned. We had to call reception to request it to be emptied. Also, bedding was changed which had baby poo on.
Needs to have a ramp at the front of the hotel and the reception. Also couldn't eat at the bar/restaurant by the bar, as it had stairs aswell.
Ideally located for our requirements
Breakfast was very poor, our room had a TV on a side wall, not in front of the bed so you couldn’t watch late film etc from your bed.

Our room wasn't refreshed despite leaving notification our room was ready for a refresh and we were away from the room for nearly 7 hours

De não ter creme de corpo e acondicionador, para um 4* era um gel banho e um champoo, muito básico!
