Excellent location and very comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good.
Bit bland
Very central. Comfy beds. Great breakfast.
Very confusing finding room as 3 buildings stuck together. Needed to get one lift then another. Eventually someone said they would help us find our room.
Hotel liegt zentral in Altstadt, nettes Personal, vielseitiges Frühstück.
Viele Treppenstufen beim Eingang
Great location
£10 for a glass of wine 🤔
Great central location for all the attractions & activities in Bristol old town
Nothing
The location, facilities and staff. Breakfast is good as well.
No parking with easy access. The nearest NCP is not that close and it is very dirty with stinky lift.
Ticked all our boxes - and COMFY beds

Extremely Clean and a lovely spacious room
nothing to note
Lovely comfy bed and great location.
We checked into the hotel after going to an afternoon show. I had booked an executive room as I was staying with my adult daughter and we needed a bed each plus we needed a fridge. I was told at reception that I needed to pay for my room which I did and was handed the key card. We went to the room and noticed immediately it was a double room with one bed. We went straight back to reception who told me the hotel was over booked and that was the only room available. I said I wanted the room that I had booked as I had booked it around a month ago. The receptionist called the manager who said the same thing with no apology in sight. They then offered to refund me the difference in the price of the rooms. I politely declined and said I wanted the room I had booked. The manager then looked on the computer again and then handed me a key card to the correct room. I am disgusted that this hotel tried to pull a fast one and even charged me the price of an executive room despite knowing they were giving me a double. The cooked breakfast was awful. Rubbery sausages, cremated bacon and greasy soggy hash browns. The scrambled eggs didn't have the right taste or texture so I gave up and had a continental breakfast instead. I will never stay at this hotel again.
