The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were responsive and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the location was a major drawback. Area is dodgy. It is on a narrow, dirty alley with a lot of graffiti and did not feel safe, especially at night. Accessing the property after dark requires standing in the alley and using your phone light to enter the door code. Although central areas and transport are within a 10–15 minute walk, it is not particularly convenient with luggage.

There were also some minor issues, including a broken hairdryer and hair left in the shower. Overall, I would not stay here again because of the location.

Não é hotel! É um tipo de Airbnb.

A acomodação é ótima ! Quarto confortável , limpo, várias amenidades , cama e enxoval com muita qualidade .

Cons:

Primeiramente , não pode ser considerado hotel. A Booking.com erra ao cadastrá- lo como hotel. É uma hospedagem tipo Airbnb. Não há nenhum funcionário para nada. Desde a entrada no prédio, no quarto , tudo é feito por códigos e pelo celular. Se acontecer de você perder o celular ou deixá-lo dentro do quadro, não sei nem a quem recorrer. Eu ficava extremamente insegura com
receio do meu celular acabar a bateria ou estragar ou até mesmo esquecê-lo no quarto. Não gosto desse tipo de hospedagem e sinto que fui enganada pela booking.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the small details, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Really enjoyed my stay at Bob W Athens. The room was very comfortable, spotless and had everything I needed. Check-in was super easy, the instructions were clear. The location is also excellent. Everything was well organized, and the staff were always responsive when needed. And my room had a great veranda

Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr schön ausgestattet und modern. Lage war ebenfalls super komfortabel. In 20 min ist man zu Fuß im Plaka-Viertel und in 15 min am Lykabettus Berg, der besonders schön für Sonnenuntergänge ist. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Very good concept overall, with amazing support via chat. The team was very responsive and creative in offering extra touches during the stay, such as providing a Polaroid camera for a small fee, which made the experience more memorable and unique.
