Overall Pretty Good La, My Top 3 Hotel in JB
Pros:

+ Indoor parking
+ Breakfast level in between room levels; always got lift up and down, no congestions
+ Cozy room
+ TV upgraded since last visit in 2024
+ 2 malls and plenty of eateries right across the road. Got pedestrian crossing traffic light to cross safely
+ Breakfast staff very attentive

Cons:

- Parking quite tight, but do-able if park properly
- Shower drainage could be better, small issue
- Gym no sanitiser + cloth to wipe down equipment
- If room is facing the mall street, may hear karaoke until midnight; thankfully they stop at midnight

location. easy to access and feel safe as well

Cons:

last time I stayed there, there was a convenience store. it was very easy to grab a snacks or beverages. but this time the convenient store is not operated anymore. but it doesn't effect my stay at the hotel. overall, I still choose to stay here again in the future.
