Pros:

Good location, room was clean. The gym was good too.

Cons:

The mattress was super hard and the bar next door was really loud! Kept me up until 1am.

My stay at Fives
Pros:

Breakfast limited but delicious
Concierge was warm n friendly
Aircon was not cold but maintenance came up within 15 mins and settled it
Seems remote was on wrong mode.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard
No fridge in room
No coffee packs

Pros:

Love the comfortable bedding, I had a good sleep. Didn't hear much noise from outside the hotel.
Good lighting. Good water pressure in the shower, no problem with water temperature control as well. Value for money. Polite staff. Also love the keycard in wood. Easy to access to food, JB old town and JB Sentral.

Wonderful
Pros:

Location and facilities. Value for money and would definitely come again next time. Plus, front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pleasant experience.

Cons:

We found one of the pack containing toothbrush and toothpaste was used but put back into the pack and made to look like new and unused. Gave benefit of the doubt to the hotel could be a prank by the previous client. Hope that hotel housekeeping staff can take note of such thing.

Good hotel for short stay
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Rooms can be cleaner
If you take cab back to hotel sometimes can be jam at the road on the way to the hotel.
Can be noisy on weekends because of bar if that affected you.
Take note no fridge in the room
Bed/pillow not the best
