Tout absolument tout. Les délicieux produits du petit déjeuner et la qualité du restaurant aussi. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil à l’écoute et de bon conseil. La piscine est un endroit reposant et tout est très propre.

Lo que más destacaría del hotel es la sensación de privacidad que se respira desde el primer momento. La habitación era muy amplia, con una distribución muy cómoda y una iluminación excelente, tanto natural como artificial, que la hacía aún más agradable. Es un hotel perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de una estancia tranquila.
La única sensación menos positiva fue que parecía faltar personal en recepción. En algunos momentos daba la impresión de que había muy poca gente para atender todas las tareas. Aun así, quiero destacar que los dos chicos que estaban en recepción hicieron un trabajo excelente: siempre fueron amables, atentos y resolutivos, ofreciendo un servicio de 10/10 a pesar de la carga de trabajo que tenían.

El trato del personal fue excepcional. Si bien en este tipo de alojamientos el trato es muy bueno, en esta ocasión consiguieron profesionalidad con cercanía. Habrá quien no le guste, pero yo lo valoro muchísimo. Somos clientes, no dioses.
Fabulous location with easy access to main attractions across Barcelona and El-Prat airport! The hotel is hidden in a green oasis of Sarria with stunning views of Tibidabo and lower parts of the city, great facilities with tailored to your needs service yet not unobtrusive. Good value for money!

We loved everything about this wonderful Hotel.
I love the property because each room has a steam bathroom and shower called the Hamam which is absolutely a game changer and the reason why I’m giving this 11 out of 10. Also, the staff is amazing. I burned myself accidentally with the steam shower and I asked him for a Band-Aid. They actually ordered it on their Spanish version of DoorDash and got me in within 30 minutes. It was I was so shocked by their generosity and hospitality. They are amazing.
