Have stayed at this particular Avid several times and it was clean as usual with appearance of being well kept. Receptionist was informative and helpful.
Breakfast has gone downhill over the years...no granola bars, no sugar in the raw for coffee, and no variety of fresh fruit....the oranges offered had seen better days.

It was conveniently located and easy to find. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Overall, great stay.

The breakfast was warm and tasted just fne. There was plenty of food and it was well appreciated. The hotel is newer and looks fresh and modern. Everything worked and was in very good condition. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway, for traveling. Our rooms were quiet.
The room was comparable to a much smaller Holiday Inn Express, that we stayed at on the previous night. It had similar features and layout, just tinier. There was no microwave and the refrigerator was smaller than many microwaves. There was 1 rolling chair, to sit on and the overhead recessed lighting only was installed in half the room, which was rather odd. It was fine for one night, but not a place I would stay for a week. Even the dining space felt very crowded, with a dozen or so people getting breakfast. The layout was cluttered and compact. Booking.com did not communicate my request to the hotel, to have my son's room close to mine. He was 2 floors up and the hotel stated that no one contacted them about my request.

Facility seemed new. The staff were great!
Eggs were not normal whole eggs
It was what you'd expect for a newer hotel. Nothing special, but the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Room was rather "compact" compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
Shower head needs to be replaced or descaled. No matter how you turned/adjusted it, water came out of only 4 holes and you couldn't tilt the head up to better utilize the water that was coming out.
There must have been an event nearby as when we went to leave in the morning vehicles were parked everywhere and however they wanted - behind other vehicles blocking them in, on the sidewalk and the lawn. Thankfully I parked beside a utility truck and they had left already leaving me a path to exit freely.
