Pleased with hotel, good value, pleasant, peaceful, met expectations, and quite happy.
Pros:

Straight-forward hotel, new (4 years old I think), simple in many ways, "modern" look, but quite pleasant. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They cared about the hotel and helping guests. Beds were comfortable; towels were nice. Location is peaceful, quiet. Also, big lobby areas if one had time to use them, easy access, easy parking, clean. Good value. Would definitely stay there next time I am in the area. Also there was a 24-hour coffee/ tea/ hot-chocolate bar, which is quite nice.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Liked it all.

Me and my family loved it truly
Pros:

The staff was understanding when booking decided to mess up and book 2 rooms and the guy named Tony helped us by staying with us and helping us get a room when he could have turnt us away when we had issues would definitely stay here again and believe Tony should be promoted for his services

Comfortable bed, quiet and good location for traveling
Pros:

We are traveling from GA to NY and stayed half way. Perfect location as it is right off the interstate and close to gas stations, dining options. Very comfortable bed, good A/C and quiet.

It was in a great location, the hotel was clean, the water for my shower was the right temperature and the bed and pillows were too good to be true.
