Pros:

Hotel infrastructure is new and modern.
Good enough breakfast.
Friendly lobby staff.

Cons:

For room 324:

The AC was extremely noisy and keep waking us up. Please install modern split units with inverter technology which are much more quiet.

A TV that does not turn on by itself in the middle of night. The welcome screen keep appearing and we had to unplug from the wall to be able to sleep.

I stay here because the place is clean and well kept, I hope that continues.
Pros:

Have stayed at this particular Avid several times and it was clean as usual with appearance of being well kept. Receptionist was informative and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast has gone downhill over the years...no granola bars, no sugar in the raw for coffee, and no variety of fresh fruit....the oranges offered had seen better days.
