I wouldn’t go back to Tirana, not much to see, but if I had to I would not stay here again
Pros:

The lady in reception during the day is the kindest and most helpful human being, super friendly! Room was ok, clean, location ok.

Cons:

Breakfast was really poor! Very few options, nothing fresh, old bread, hard cakes, terrible coffee from machine without option to have it properly made. We arrived over an hour before breakfast ended and there was barely any food left. Spoke with the lady in the kitchen and she seem to have acknowledged and that she was going to fill in the trays with food again but she simply ignored us and we left the salon without any food and went outside to buy some proper breakfast.

Se ritorno a Tirana scelgo un'altra albergo

La posizione vicino alla piazza centrale. Camere sufficienti bagno di un 3 stelle ! Non come si vantano 4 stelle!

Cons:

Servizi deficitari! La TV in camera non funziona chiamo per bel 2 volte la reception e dopo circa 3 ore arriva un ragazzo e non risolve il problema. Per scendere al Bar o in Garage nell'ascensore bisogna attivare la Key card della camera. Il problema è che ne danno solo una quindi se il compagno rimane in camera non funziona niente si sta al buio! Follia! Non ho chiesto una seconda card perché siamo stati solo una notte. Colazione di un 2 stelle poca scelta e di pessima qualità. Caffè delle macchinette imbevibile!
Per il prezzo pagato molto deluso.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, Frühstück völlig unzureichend. Duschablauf verstopft, nur Handbrause möglich da Umschaltknopf defekt. Bett auf Ausziehcouch völlig schief und unbequem. Putzfrau kommt ungefragt ins Zimmer rein.

Bella camera moderna e curata. Molto ampia con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Comodo il letto. Bella la piscina a uso gratuito e la palestra

Cons:

Personale poco accogliente, spesso alla reception non era presente nessuno inficiando sulla sicurezza dello stabile. Non sono state date istruzioni chiare all'accoglienza riguardo l'uso dei servizi e l'usanza di apporre una targhetta sulla maniglia per fare rifare la stanza. Il lounge bar sul rooftop non era proprio presente. L'area benessere un pochino trascurata: la porta della stanza di sale non si apre, il bagno turco ha una temperatura eccessiva e continua a iniettare vapore come se il sensore interno non funzionasse alla perfezione e la doccia con il secchio di acqua fredda (frigidarium) non funziona. La colazione non è da hotel 4 stelle. Manca tutta la caffetteria e la possibilità di avere piatti espressi. Anche i kit di cortesia nelle stanze non sono all'altezza, pochi i prodotti forniti e solo gli essenziali. Di per sé è un bel posto ma con servizi decisamente da migliorare per allinearsi alle stelle assegnate.
