Pros:

The Jacuzi and pool. Staff were okay on arrival.

Cons:

Accused of having drank one of the small bottles of whiskey or wine. Asked for our room to be cleaned but wasnt only to be cleaned the next day. Cleaning times not mentioned.

Room was clean and location is great

Cons:

Pool had mould and dirt in the border and as soon as jacuzzi was switched on, a strange mould like smell was emanated. Also pool is unsafe as there were metal corners that are protruding in at least two areas. The terrace bar at level 9 was closed too.

Pros:

Fint hotell med grei sentral beliggenhet vi var her kun tre netter og var ikke så mye på hotellet så benyttet ikke spa eller de andre fasilitetene der. God frokost og senger. Det var kjempe fint med hottell transport til flyplassen når vi skulle dra ikke var det dyrt heller.

Struttura situata al centro della città, staff cordiale e disponibile.
Camera pulita, con minibar e aria condizionata.
Asciugamani, set dentifricio e spazzolino ogni giorno.
Parcheggio, piscina interna, spa e sauna.
Direi che se dovessi tornare a Tirana lo risceglierei!
Il caffè è come a Napoli, very short ovviamente.

Lokasjonen

Cons:

Rommet:
- dørkarmen manglet, så ut som ett razzia har skjedd tidligere
- lyset i gangen på hotellrommet var gåent
- sluken på bad og dusj var tett.
- frokosten var i kjelleren, ingen vindu. Litt deprimerende.

‏אין באמת חניה במלון לעולם אין מקום שהולכים אותך לחניון עלוב ומתנ במרחק 5 דקות בעומק האדמה קיבלנו מקלחת לא נקייה לא כל יום מנקים את החדר וגם כשאתה מבקש אין באמת עם מי לדבר מבטיחים וזה לא קורה אפילו את המגבות לא יחליפו התחייבו להחליף את המזרון זה לעולם לא קרה נושא השירות ברמה מאוד מאוד ירודה אמנם הם נחמדים אבל עדיין לא נותנים מספיק שירות
