The property has a large restaurant standard kitchen - with complete cooking wares, ovens and stoves; dining room and recreation room in a separate building.

Very clean. Very tidy. Bed was excellent and comfortable. And the communal kitchen and massive chill out lounge area was stunning. Well equipped and clean.
It literally is in an industrial zone so at night - it’s empty everywhere. No shops etc or eateries open at night.
Maybe a pool table for entertainment would work in communal lounge.
The place was new, clean, and the usual supplied (milk, wifi). Also quiet at night because in a business/industrial area.
Situated in a light industrial area, ugly surroundings, no shops nearby (that I noticed). Designed for conferences rather than individual or family travelers. Expensive by comparison with other motels.
