地點很好，附近生活機能很好，距離熊本城很近，要去下通、櫻町百貨也很方便。房間地板榻榻米很舒服，窗簾隱密性很好，櫃檯人員很親切，英語溝通沒問題，晚上10點有門禁，但可以使用客房密碼通行。

房內垃圾桶有限、沒有回收桶，如果是住兩天以上、自煮的話，可能需要自行先處理一下產生的垃圾。

Perfekt, super, sehr großzügig die Zimmer
Pros:

Eine perfekte Unterkunft! Nah am Bahnhof, 15 Minuten zu Fuß, nah an der Burg, die jedoch nicht unbedingt besichtigt werden muss. Zimmer geräumig, perfekt für Familien. Eine Waschmaschine mit Warmwasserprogramm! Sehr bequeme Betten.

我們遇到颱風取消能夠體諒，並且全額退費！後面改班機，再次選擇入住fav，入住非常簡單，櫃檯人員很親切，離商店街非常近，公車總站也很近，也可以走路去熊本城，我們帶孩子入住5天，完全沒有任何問題，空間很大很適合家庭入住，一樓交誼廳也很舒適，下次來熊本會再次選擇fav

很舒服環境，房間小廚房與洗衣機很方便，房間活動空間也很大，浴缸也大，附近24小時中型超市與對面7-11,距離吳服町很近，步行上下通與櫻町站約10分鐘可以搭計程車費用¥800上下，下一次再去熊本一定入住

2張加大雙人床，非常棒。整體空間大小適中，全家4人很滿意。

Cons:

廚房工具該有的都有了，但是空間很小，使用上相當侷促，僅使用微波爐熱牛奶，刀子切水果等。有洗衣機，但沒有烘乾功能。建議垃圾桶要換大一些。
