I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful and very comfortable room with excellent facilities, including a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner. The staff were friendly and gave us very helpful recommendations. The location is great, close to bus and tram stops, and within walking distance of Sakura Machi Kumamoto (big shopping mall) and Kumamoto Castle. One of the best places to stay in Kumamoto. Highly recommended!

1.工作人員非常親切，可說英語或華語。
2.房間十分乾淨舒適。
3.抵達第一天就遇到熊本地震，飯店的安全應對很好，建物很安全。因應地震處理退房也能完整協助提供住宿證明以辦保險理賠。
願熊本後續平安，飯店也能永續興榮~
