Uma experiência espetacular.
Pros:

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo. Tudo maravilhoso, perfeito nos mínimos detalhes, mas o atendimento merece destaque, viajo muito e estou acostumado com um bom serviço, mas no Rosewood os funcionários são simplesmente espetaculares, nunca vimos nada igual no mundo.

Impeccable hotel
Pros:

This hotel is without fault. I cannot encourage you enough to stay at this property. Service: Impeccable. In such a big hotel I was addressed by name, the concierge was responsive, service was quick and immediate and everyone was so helpful. I arrived quite jet lagged and there was some noise outside my room, the concierge immediately moved my room and even brought me tea. I was staying by myself before a work trip, so the next day the same lovely concierge walked me to the Main Street and explained the local area and how to keep safe.

The hotel itself: absolutely stunning. I don’t know if I’ve seen such a beautiful hotel pool. The food and drinks: delicious! I am now firmly a fan of the rosewood brand and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Nothing. Just that my stay was quite short!

Pros:

El servicio recibido fue excepcional. Por motivos varios, no teníamos nuestras maletas y el hotel gentilmente nos obsequió pijamas, kits de aseo personal y otros detalles para nuestra estadía. Asimismo, se encargaron de rastrear nuestras maletas.
Con mis hijas fueron súper amables también.
El hotel es precioso, la atención 10 puntos, comida muy buena!

Cons:

Lo único que podría mencionar es que una de las habitaciones no estaba lista al momento del check in y ya eran las 5 pm.
