Better than I could have imagined
Pros:

Everything. There was suprise after suprisse. I love how the hotel celebrantes Brazilian culture in the decor. The staff was very helpful.

O café da manhã achei pouco, o fato de não ter buffet para escolher e muito difícil saber o q é melhor
Não ter coca cola também achei o fim da picada , um hotel 5 estrelas não ter essa opção para o hóspede e muito ruim

Pros:

Hotel é lindo, organizado, tem diversos itens para entreter e dar conforto ao hospede. A comida e o serviços são ótimos. Toda a decoração é bem especial também

Cons:

Tinha um pouco de barulho no quarto quando estavamos dormindo... descobrimos ser a persiana black-out, mas já era tarde. A parte financeira acabou que não estornaram ainda a tarifa de caução realizada no check-in (mesmo quase 1 semana depois)

Gostaria de voltar pra conhecer melhor as instalações
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável , roupas de cama de ótima qualidade.

Cons:

Faltam gavetas ou prateleiras pra guardar roupas. Como fiquei somente uma noite, não foi necessário, mas pra uma estadia de mais tempo, achei o espaço do closet muito reduzido.

Construção incrível, restaurantes excelentes, muito bem pensado em termos de conceito, dentro de um complexo onde se não quiser você nem precisa sair dele.
