Pros:

A wonderful hotel! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with excellent taste, making guests feel truly at home. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and welcoming. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the breakfast service. I understand that breakfast can be a busy time, but I had to wait quite a while before someone came to serve my table, even for a simple cup of coffee. Perhaps assigning staff members to specific groups of tables could help make the service more efficient and ensure guests are attended to more promptly. Other than that, staff always kind and made efforts to ensure the quality service

Esta foi minha terceira hospedagem no Rosewood, e mais uma vez a experiência foi simplesmente excelente.

Tudo no hotel é impecável. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis, a equipe oferece um atendimento atencioso e impecável em todos os momentos, e os restaurantes são excepcionais. O café da manhã, que pode ser servido a qualquer hora do dia, é um verdadeiro diferencial: sofisticado, variado e de altíssimo nível.

Sem dúvida, é um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Cada detalhe demonstra um padrão de excelência, e tudo supera as expectativas. Recomendo sem qualquer ressalva e certamente voltarei novamente.
