素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。また泊まりたいと思います。
Pros:

ゆったりと建てられているので、気持ちの良い空間で過ごすことが出来ました。素晴らしい設計です。
お料理のディナーは工夫されており、味わい見た目も素晴らしかったです。
朝食も美味しく、楽しめました。

Cons:

せっかくの温泉でしたが、湯温が少し低かったことと、湯量が少ないように思いました。

総合的には満足でした
Pros:

スタッフさんが皆さん笑顔で素晴らしかったです。
館内の清掃も、いき届いていて清潔感がありました。

母の喜寿の祝いで利用させて頂いたのですが、支配人の心遣いにも感動しました

Cons:

朝食ビュッフェのパンが味の悪いのがあったのが残念です。
専用駐車場の案内が分かりづらかったのと、駐車場の出口案内も分かりにくかったです。

好みに合わないインテリアだがロケーションと食事とスタッフの笑顔のホスピタリティーが印象的なホテル
Pros:

新しい建物なのでその分感じは良く、大きな窓からの眺望も、犬山城を含めて素晴らしい印象です。
食事は夕食も朝食も美味しいと感じました。フロアの従業員も笑顔でよく気を利かせてくれて、気持ち良く食事ができました。

Cons:

インテリアのセンスが私の好みには合わないので、その分居心地は良くありませんでした。
天然温泉は循環式なので少し温泉気分は薄らぎました。

犬山城が見える部屋予約。部屋から犬山城を眺める贅沢。最高でした。また庭園、お風呂、フィットネスも素晴らしかったです

Pros:

有楽苑に無料で入れる。

Cons:

フロントの人手が足りない。たまたまチェックイン時間だったためもあるが、結構待たされた。売店のものを買いたくても、フロントが兼用しており、チェックインアウト業務でいっぱいそうなので、結局買物を諦めた。

ロケーションは大変良い。有楽苑に無料で入れるのは良かった。犬山城に徒歩で行けるのは良かった。

アメニティがリクエストベースでの提供で、なんとなくケチくさい。
大浴場が小さい。温泉好き日本人向きではない。
