Pros:

It’s amazing - the location is picturesque, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are so welcoming.

It is a perfect hotel to stay in if you are looking to explore the surrounding area, or are looking for a break away from the noise of the big metropolitan areas.

とても良かったです。お勧めできます。
Pros:

犬山城が近くに見えて自然が多く、敷地が広くて良かったです。ホテルの建物もそんなに大きくないので静かな佇まいで落ち着きます。レストランやロビーから眺める犬山城の美しさは最高です。食事のときに担当してくれたスタッフさんがとても明るくて親切で、とても楽しめましたし、急にお願いした誕生日プレートも付けていただき、お食事もどれも美味しかったです。大浴場もきれいで清潔でした。

Cons:

午前中に到着したので、荷物を預かってもらおうとした時のフロントスタッフの対応が笑顔も無く挨拶も無く、とても嫌な感じでした。周りにいた男性スタッフ方達も親切では無かったです。
でも夕方ホテルに戻ってチェックインした時のスタッフさんは新人の方みたいでしたが、感じ良かったです。
フロントの辺りがちょっと狭いと思いました。
あとお部屋のトイレのドアが内側に開ける仕組みなので、出入りしにくいと不評でした。

A beautiful property that outshined the website photos.

Cons:

Breakfast a bit overpriced for the selection. Beer too expensive for what it is.
Shane no costume options for the Springs considering we pay a tax for it.

Convenient for sights
Pros:

Convenient to the historical area and only about 15 mins walk to a train station. Superb grounds and onsen.

Cons:

All the trappings of a 5 star hotel, but lacked some character. Prices on the menu and at the bar did not show extras.

The perfect luxury retreat & alternative to Nagoya as a base for exploring area
Pros:

The hotel was gorgeous, very luxurious and the rooms were immaculate. The highlights were the castle and river views, enormous rooms (We had a King suite) and lovely balconies. Plus the stunning onsen bathing - a real highlight and included in cost. I lived in Inuyama in the 1990's so it was fun to visit again, very little has changed, the castle area is charming and not too crowded - feels off the beaten track - and the town is Japan circa 1997 which is fun but maybe just for me! We found a great place to get pancakes but eat early as most places in town close in the evening. We did the Magome Trail walk too which is nearby and FAB

Cons:

The hotel food was a bit it an miss, lovely staff and service but it was really the only option for evening food and the menu was a bit limited for a longer stay (we stayed 3 nights)
