First staff service. The staff were very helpful, and the check in was very easy no complication.
The amenity in the room, everything needed was there, iron was available no need to request it everytime compare to other Hotels. Also the Meals, for example if there is food that you cant eat for different reason, inform te restaurant and they will prepare a meal for you. I was very thankful regarding the food.
景觀無敵，一進大廳看到國寶犬山城就在眼前，各處造景也很有巧思，早餐十分美味、大浴池很舒適，還可以憑房卡參觀國寶茶室有樂苑，基本上再來犬山的話一定會繼續入住此酒店
ロケーション最高！ホテルの雰囲気も最高！こちらのホテルに決めて本当に良かったと思いました。まるで犬山城の一部かと錯覚してしまうぐらいでした。
大浴場のガラス扉が綺麗すぎて、慌てた時に激突してしまいました。（清掃スタッフさんに助けを求めたところ大変親切に対応して頂きました。ありがとうございます）

1歳半の子連れでしたが、離乳食の温めをフロントにお願いできとても助かりました。お風呂もとても綺麗でサウナも90度越えで素晴らしかった。ロケーションが良く子供も少し散歩で外に出られました。エントランス付近にオムツ替え台もありました。
ルームサービスは温かいものはウォーマーに入ってくるので冷めずに食べられました。
子供用カトラリーが1歳だと大きかったので、別途必須。3.4歳以上の子が使うようなものでした。
ルームサービスは量が多くなく値段は高めですが美味しかったです。
部屋からもロビーからも犬山城が見えて最高のロケーションでした
スタッフの対応も気持ちよく快適に過ごせました。
部屋も清潔で飲み物もよく揃っています。
周りの緑や静けさでゆっくり過ごすことが出来ましたよ。
駐車場に入る瞬間から非日常を味わえ、出迎えてくれるスタッフは、どの方もみんな丁寧で笑顔が絶えない！
こちらまで幸せな気持ちになりました！
また、お料理は地元の拘りが感じられ、より美味しくいただきました。

部屋のトイレが狭くて内開きのドアは、安全性にも不安があると思います。
部屋に椅子がひとつしか無かったので、くつろげるスペースが足りないと思いました。
部屋で飲むコーヒーと紅茶を説明されたけど紅茶は、無かった。
砂糖とクリームを入れても混ぜるスティックが無かった。
朝食時のバリスタの対応が注文した物を席に届けると言ってくれたのに忘れて交代してしまった。
非常口の表示が小さくて、わかりにくい。説明も無かった。
新しい建物なので清潔感がありましたし、お食事も美味しかったです。
お部屋のトイレが狭くて残念。
端の部屋でしたのでエレベーターから遠く大変でした。
次回からリクエストしないといけないですね。
