其實剛入住時，浴室鏡子上方的燈出現問題，一直閃，結果飯店維修人員的處理方式，就是把它關掉，後來就沒有後續動作，加上水變小的問題，讓我們對飯店的印象並不好

第一天晚上10 點後，水龍頭的水突然變小，無法洗澡，打電話去櫃檯詢問才告知該地區有限水政策，到隔天早上6:30才會解除，可是怎麼沒有事先告訴客人呢?

Hotel de paso a los lagos de Plitvice
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue su zona Welness ( Piscina pequeña climatizada de interior, Sauna y Jacuzzi) y la cercania ( 6 minutos en coche )a la entrada 1 de los Lagos de Plitvice . Tambien nos gustó la cama , era amplia y confortable.
El parking gratis.

Cons:

Nos sorprendió que aunque fuera una estancia de 2 noches , no pasara el servicio de limpieza por lo menos hacer las camas.
El desayuno incluido. Poca variedad y tenian las cosas frías ( los crepes etc... )
La limpieza de la zona Welness. A pesar de que solo abria a partir de las 14:00 se notaba que no habian cambiado el agua del jacuzzi ni limpiado la piscina.
La caja fuerte no funcionaba

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Essen und fairem Preis

Das Hotel ist im sehr guten Zustand, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr nett, das Schwimmbad im Keller war sauber und sehr angenehm,

a good menu at reasonable prices Breakfast was included and good value

Cons:

The Timber bed base that protruded from the mattress it was just a modern design but I found it not comfortable getting in and out of the bed just a personal preference

Pilnai pailsėjome po pasivaiščiojimo po plitvicų ežerus.
Pros:

Skanūs pusryčiai. Puikus kambarys, smagus baseinas su sauna ir jakuzi.
