Predivan hotel u samom centru Beograda koji ostavlja snažan utisak. Lokacija je idealna za šetnju gradom i istraživanje, ali ono što boravak ovde čini posebnim je rooftop prostor sa bazenom.
Već u kasnim popodnevnim satima atmosfera na krovu postaje nešto zaista posebno – lagani povetarac, mir nad gradom i pogled koji se polako menja kako sunce zalazi. Zalazak sunca iznad Beograda, gledan sa bazena na krovu, je iskustvo koje se pamti – ceo grad izgleda potpuno drugačije iz te perspektive.
Sobe su uredne, moderno uređene i vrlo komforne, a doručak raznovrstan i kvalitetan, sa dovoljno izbora za različite ukuse. Osoblje je profesionalno i nenametljivo, što dodatno doprinosi osećaju ugodnog boravka.
Hotel uspešno spaja urbanu energiju centra grada i opuštenu, gotovo resort atmosferu na krovu. Idealno za one koji žele i grad i odmor u jednom. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Had a great stay at Prezident Palace. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived.
We especially appreciated being given access to the VIP spa area, which was a really nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was smooth and relaxing. Would definitely come back.

Обслуживание в ресторане и хороший вид из окон ресторана на 9 этаже. Уборка в номере.

Cons:

Персонал на ресепшн - создаёт самое негативное впечатление. Не встречает и не помогает с багажом. Не заинтересован в работе и просто ленивые и не приятные в общении . Завтраки по ассортименту и качеству - неудовлетворительные, не соответствуют заявленному уровню отеля.

Hotel personelleri gerçekten her konuda gayet ilgililerdi. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydılar. Ayrıca bize, satın almış olduğumuz hotel odasının kategorisini bir üst kategoriye güncellemek gibi bir jest yaptılar ve bu konuda kendilerine minnettarız. Taksi istediğimizde anında yardımcı oldular. Son günümüzde masaj istediğimizden dolayı odadan ayrılış vaktimizi erteleyerek bize yardımcı oldular. Masaj servisleri muhteşemdi ve yapan personel gayet profesyoneldi. Baştan sona bize bu güzel deneyimi yaşattıkları için hepsine tek tek teşekkürler. ❤️🙏🏻🙂

Sevmeyecek birşey bulamamış olmayı sevmedim. 😄❤️

One of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve had as a guest.
Pros:

Prezident Palace is one of those places that impresses you from the very moment you walk in. Beautiful interiors, impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and attention to every detail made my stay truly special.

The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop terrace with a pool is a real gem. Everything is of the highest standard, but what stands out the most is the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere.

A place I will gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to experience Belgrade at its finest.

Fantastično iskustvo! Hotel je ispunio sva naša očekivanja i više od toga. Sobe su elegantne, izuzetno čiste i veoma udobne, a osoblje ljubazno, profesionalno i posvećeno svakom gostu. Doručak je bogat i raznovrstan, sa odličnim izborom jela.
Bazen na krovu je pravo malo gradsko utočište i jedan od najlepših delova hotela. Ambijent, pogled i atmosfera čine ga savršenim mestom za opuštanje nakon napornog dana. Ceo objekat odiše kvalitetom, pažnjom prema detaljima i gostoprimstvom. Rado ćemo se vratiti i toplo preporučujemo hotel svima koji traže vrhunski smeštaj i uslugu.

treći put boravim u hotelu Prezident Palace. Odsedao sam u brojnim hotelima sa pet zvezdica širom sveta, ali me Prezident Palace iznova impresionira svojim standardom, udobnošću, lokacijom i uslugom. Zaista savršen hotel.
Sobe su veoma komforne i pružaju osećaj kao da ste kod kuće. Pogled od milion dolara. Lokacija je odlična, na pešačkoj udaljenosti od boemske četvrti Skadarlije i pešačke zone.
Sigurno će Prezident Palace biti moj izbor prilikom svakog narednog boravka u Beogradu. Sve preporuke!
