Big comfortable rooms with nice spa and amazing staff

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was big, great bathroom and bed. The spa was nice as well. I wanted to add an ADDENDUM to my review. The hotel contacted me and asked for some feedback. Bojana, the Hotel Manager, listened to my critique and was extremely kind, providing a nice gesture and offering personal assistance the next time I am back in Belgrade and want to stay there. That sort of personal customer experience is the type of thing you want and remember and why you decide to stay at places.

Cons:

A little bit pricey for what you get. Please READ ABOVE. Bojana listened to my concern and feedback, she assisted me in resolving the issue I had and offered personal service the next time I stay.

Это действительно пятерка, причем и по интерьеру и по питанию и по обслуживанию.,
Чувствуешь что о тебе действительно позаботились. Понравился открытый бассейн на крыше, плаваешь и смотришь на небо и город,
Понравился дизайн и как всё обустроено в спа центре, две сауны, большой бассейн, гидромассажный и с горячей водой, получилось хорошо расслабиться вечером. Номер большой, кровать удобная, подушки Орто если хочешь, всего не перечислишь,
Завтрак в красивом зале и мне сложно сказать, что может быть, чего там не было, очень разнообразно и вкусно. Уровень обслуживания великолепный, весь персонал без исключения внимательный и доброжелательный. Останавливались на одну ночь, делал как подарок жене на день рождения, и она и я остались довольны и запомним это надолго. Спсибо.

Cons:

Цена 240... 270 евро за ночь, возможно для отеля такого уровня в сезон и с завтраком это норм.

As someone with a long-standing interest in architecture, interior design, and fine craftsmanship, I would like to express my sincere admiration not only to the owners of this hotel but, above all, to the architects, designers, and craftsmen who brought this remarkable vision to life.

Over the years, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. Many have been newer, more expensive, or equipped with the latest technology. Yet very few have left such a lasting impression on me as your hotel.

What impressed me most is that the sense of luxury does not come simply from crystal chandeliers or gilded furniture. The true luxury lies in the extraordinary discipline with which every detail has been designed. The same architectural language flows seamlessly throughout the entire property—from the lobby and reception area to the corridors, guest rooms, and bathrooms. Every space feels like part of one carefully composed masterpiece.

I was equally impressed by the selection and combination of materials. Luxury here is not created through excess, but through harmony. Natural stone, backlit onyx, handcrafted woodwork, decorative plaster, crystal, bronze sculptures, fine fabrics, and carefully aged gold finishes are all perfectly balanced. Despite the richness of the interiors, nothing feels excessive or ostentatious.

One aspect that particularly caught my attention was the exceptional sense of composition. The large mirrors visually expand the spaces while reflecting the chandeliers and natural light. The symmetrical arrangement of furniture, sculptures, artwork, and greenery creates an atmosphere of elegance, calmness, and timeless sophistication. Every painting, every sculpture, and every piece of furniture appears to have been placed with purpose.

Another remarkable achievement is the seamless integration of modern comfort into a classically inspired interior. Air conditioning, lighting, elevators, bathrooms, and all contemporary amenities have been incorporated

Pros:

We liked the hotel. Well-decorated, clean, friendly staff. The pool on the roof was perfect in those hot summer days. Breakfast and the restraurant with great view was good.

Cons:

At the day 2 the team closed the pool for the automatic clening for the whole day. In such a weather with almost +40 we couldn't do anything just sit in the room. To my mind they could choose better time. Especially considering the pool gets closed at 7 PM. That was the only dissapointing factor. But the team made their best to improve the impression and customer service managers were very friendly and supportive.

Kraljevski ugodjaj u srcu Beograda

Hotel je fenomenalan, bukvalno san snova.
Svi zaposleni su izuzetno profesionalni, prijatni i spremni da pomognu.
Dorucak je bio kraljevski, apsolutno svega.
Soba prelepa, preudoban krevet, nije mi se ustajalo iz njega, ali sam i jedva cekala jer sam se potrudila da sto vise vremena provedem na moje dve omiljene lokacije u hotelu a to su: Rooftop bar kao i Wellness&Spa centar.

Das Zimmer ist schön groß und man hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes war der Rooftoppool und die Bar ohne Grund nicht geöffnet.
Der Spa Bereich ist im Keller. Ohne Licht und frische Luft. Es ist ein Raum und das Wasser sprudelt ununterbrochen, dass eine enorme Lautstärke entsteht und es einfach nicht gemütlich und entspannend ist dort zu liegen. Von Erholung kann man gar nicht reden.
Als wir gehen mussten hatten wir etwas Zeitdruck und sie haben uns unser Auto erst nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit gebracht. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass der Aufzug wohl Probleme hat.
