Ha sido una semana de relax total.

El personal, abundante. Trabajadores y muy amables todos .
Al desayuno, no le falta de nada.
Si vuelvo a Tenerife, repetiré sin dudar

Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst. Ganz besonders, das freundliche Personal, das Gefühl willkommen zu sein, die Sauberkeit, sowie das feine Frühstück. Und, dass das Hotel Hundefreundlich ist.

Hotel limpio y tranquilo. Buena ubicación para poder realizar todo tipo de actividades en la zona sur y centro. Las zonas comunes limpias y preparado para una buena estancia. Tanto el desayuno como la cena cumplió todas las expectativas ya que teníamos media pensión incluida en la reserva. Todo el personal del hotel con una amabilidad maravillosa y atenta. Mención especial a Diego y Aurelio, camareros del turno de tarde/noche por su profesionalidad en el trabajo, sin quitarle merito a ninguno de los trabajadores/as de la franja horaria del desayuno.

I had an enjoyable overall experience at Hotel MIND Deji in Tenerife, and I felt that the hotel offered good value for money. The hotel itself was pleasant, and there were several aspects of the stay that I really enjoyed.

However, there were a few things that affected my experience. On the first day of my stay, there was loud construction work taking place nearby. Unfortunately, I had not been informed about this beforehand, and the noise significantly disrupted the peace and relaxation around the pool area. When I spoke to reception about the issue, I was told that because the construction was more than 300 metres away, compensation could not be offered. While I understand there may be a policy regarding this, I felt that the response was not particularly helpful or accommodating, especially as the noise was still clearly affecting the hotel experience.

I also felt that the room cleaning could have been more thorough. The bed was made, but the floor still appeared dirty, and the towels seemed to be folded rather roughly. These were small details, but they made the cleaning feel slightly half-hearted.

Another disappointment was that the pool was not heated, which would have been a nice addition, particularly for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was also quite limited in terms of both variety and portion of the buffet. For a four-star hotel, I expected a slightly better and more substantial breakfast selection.

Despite these issues, I would still say that I enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and considering the price, I believe it offers good value for money. With some improvements to communication regarding nearby construction, housekeeping standards, pool facilities and breakfast quality, the overall experience could be significantly better.

Les piscines étaient très bien et la chambre avait une magnifique vue et elle était très confortable!!

The lady at Chech-in was amazing. Breakfast offering was good.

Hotel Mynd in Adeje was very clean, and it’s located in a fairly quiet area, so there wasn’t any disturbance or noise. The breakfast was also quite generous, with a good variety, and both the food and the kitchen staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
