Pros:

En general el hotel muy tranquilo y muy completo con muchísimas instalaciones para disfrutar. La piscina muy tranquila y con espacio de sobra. El desayuno muy completo y las habitaciones muy actualizadas.

Cons:

Pocas opciones de ocio alrededor. Recomendamos si o si llevar coche si se quiere optar por algo más de ambiente.

Pros:

前台工作人员Bianca 风趣幽默而且会照顾好每一个人 还有餐厅的几位工作人员也都一样让人觉得很舒服 很开心 卫生情况很好 房间也很好

Cons:

淋浴设备不太好用 要用很大力气才能拧开 可能是我房间的坏了？但是因为只住了两个晚上所以没有要求修理 另外房间没有水 要出去买

Pros:

the location was good for the attraction in the south of island
the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very spacious; AC was working great
good coffee

Cons:

- breakfast : a little poor- the eggs , specially the scrambled eggs had strange taste;
- cleanliness: the floor was always dirty ; I broke a glass, and there were shards on the floor two days after

Sympathique
Pros:

Joli hôtel , chambres spacieuses, bon déjeuné.
Personnel de l’accueil très à l’écoute. (Ebrina 😚)

Cons:

Plusieurs parasols étaient cassés et une dame du personnel s’est montrée aggressive et énervée lorsqu’on lui a fait remarquer que l’équipement était cassé, ce n’est vraiment pas professionnel.

Pros:

Todo. Hotel muy bonito, con buenas instalaciones. Nos encantó el rooftop.

Zona muy tranquila. No había paseo marítimo cerca para pasear.

Parfait, nous recommandons cet établissement, nous avons passé un superbe séjour !!!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très calme et pas surpeuplé, ça fait du bien.
Personnel très agréable, petite mention aux serveurs du restaurant du soir qui ont été très sympathique tout au long de notre séjour.

Cons:

Seul petit défaut, le ménage des chambres n’est pas parfait (le sol)

Ne pas sortir du complexe, ou fermer les yeux en sortant pour oublier le paysage.
Pros:

Le complexe en lui même est bien équipé, moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses.

Cons:

L’accueil digital : pas d’hôtesse les 5 premières minutes, cela dénature complètement la relation clientèle.
Les infrastructures de la piscine étaient sales : les transats, les petites tables à dispo et même la piscine étaient sales.
La qualité du petit déjeuner était douteuse : les plats « chauds » étaient froids.
Et alors la vue mer que ce soit en chambre ou au Rooftop, mon Dieu quelle horreur ! Vue en premier plan sur un chantier à l’abandon, un espèce de camp squatté.. bref inacceptable et j’attends toujours un retour sur ma réclamation @Booking.
Rappeler aussi à votre personnel de ménage que crier dans les couloirs ou mettre les talkies à fond tout l’après midi pendant qu’elles font le ménage de tout l’étage n’aide pas les clients à se reposer !
Bref heureusement nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits.
