Service ist top. Es gibt an der Rezeption immer Wasser und frische Obst.
Die Lage ist uns persönlich etwas abgelegen.
Vorteil ist dass die Busstation nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Free drinking water was available at all times, which is especially appreciated on an island where the standard tap water is not potable.

Parking within the hotel grounds is paid, but I never had any trouble finding a parking spot outside, so it wasn’t a big issue.
Hoy termina nuestra estancia en el hotel MYND Adeje. Hemos estado un total de 6 noches y hemos quedado encantados con la experiencia.
Hay muchísimas cosas que destacaríamos de este hotel: las instalaciones (la habitación, piscina principal, terraza/rooftop, gimnasio, agua gratuita en cualquier planta del hotel, etc.), el trato super cercano de los trabajadores (especialmente, los camareros del restaurante con los que hemos compartido muchas conversaciones, y recomendaciones de la isla), el sistema Wallet, el cual nos ha permitido organizar nuestras comidas/cenas de manera mucho mas flexible, y la buena calidad tanto del buffet como del restaurante y bar de la piscina.
En resumen, nos ha parecido un hotel muy tranquilo, con muy buenas instalaciones, y perfecto para estar de relax y disfrutar de las vacaciones.
Uno de los mejores hoteles de verano en los que hemos estado nunca. Repetiremos seguro.
Si tuviéramos que poner un pero, sería la ubicación del hotel. El hotel se encuentra en “Callao Salvaje”, y es una zona que todavía no cuenta con mucho ambiente a su alrededor. Por ello, te ves ‘obligado’ a coger el coche para hacer cualquier tipo de plan fuera del hotel.
The receptionist Lucia was amazing, she helped us to find the best places to visit, book excursions and explained everything. She did it with a smile and never left a question unanswered…

Le petit déjeuner toujours la même chose
Dire tutto dalla professionalità e gentilezza dello staff alla pulizia e la colazione da urlo c'era ogni ben di dio dal salato al dolce frutta e bevande. Avevamo la mezza pensione, la colazione era a buffet, mentre la cena era con menu alla carta. Preciso che ti danno un wallet (nel nostro caso per 8 giorni di € 480) che potevi usufruire presso tutta la struttura sia nella piscina al pian terreno che a quella posta al 6° piano (la sera con un tramonto da favola), quindi, come nel nostro caso, che non abbiamo usufruito per 4/5 giorni della cena, poichè con amici andavamo a cenare fuori, abbiamo cmq usufruito del wallet per un aperitivo per pranzare o bere in piscina. Devo dire che come formula non è male (è la prima volta che ci capita). Al bar alla reception il plus è la frutta, acqua fresca e acqua con limone da prendere gratuitamente. BRAVI.
