Beautiful hotel reception nice restaurant and staff
I booked the hotel and payed via booking.com but when I arrived they charged me a service fee which was higher than the actual amount I paid for the my stay.when I inquire about the fee they said its mandatory.I feel an extra fee that's actually more than the amount paid for the hotel should be disclosed at least prior arrival or prior payment
La habitación es muy grande y completa. La cama es muy cómoda. El agua tiene muy buena presión. Hay un restaurante donde se puede cenar, almorzar y desayunar. El personal me pareció muy amable y servicial, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante.
Hay un poco de olor a cigarrillo aunque la habitación era de no fumadores.

We had a 7am flight, location to airport was great. Check in was a breeze. Staff member was very kind and upgraded our room to a bigger one as he saw we had two little kids with us. Very appreciative.
Didn't get to check out the facilities or the breakfast.
Place was great! Staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the airport shuttle was really helpful. Room was really nice! Everything was great.
