Pros:

Foi a primeira vez que estive no mural. É um bom hotel, reformado, bem limpo e espaçoso. Me surpreendeu. Com certeza ficaria lá novamente.

Cons:

A localização é bem no centro antigo de Manaus, onde não tem muitas opções de alimentação e lazer próximo do hotel.

Buena ubicacion, personal muy amable, la verdad que para una noche de negocio esta muy bien.

Cons:

No me hicieron tarifa de Check-inn previo, es decir, una tarifa de Check inn llegando antes. Me cobraron dos noches.

Muito satisfeita! Meu novo hotel em Manaus.
Pros:

Recepção solícita. Funcionários educados e atentos. Destaco o atendimento da Camila que, mesmo em seu primeiro dia, se mostrou pronta a me auxiliar juntamente com a primeira funcionária que me recepcionou. Em 20 anos de vida corporativa andando pelo país inteiro, NUNCA VI UM QUARTO DE HOTEL SER TOTALMENTE LAVADO COM CLORO. VIVI PARA VER ISSO NESSE HOTEL. QUE CAPRICHO! TOTALMENTE HIGIENIZADO. Nota 1000 para a Clésia, que além de muito simpática e solícita, é muito caprichosa. Esqueci um pote no frigobar e guardaram para me entregar, na próxima reserva. Consegui resolver tudo o que eu precisava, pois o hotel tem ótima localização. Estou extremamente satisfeita.

Cons:

Faltou um cobertor no quarto, para ser usado de acordo com o gosto do hóspede, e achei a tv muito pequena.
