Breakfast was decent, but need more vegetarian/ healthy options. Breakfast staff were very pleasant. The bed in the king suite was very nice, room spacious, and rain shower was nice.
Lobby staff, especially the host to the bar area were very unwelcoming. We were told the bar area was full, we looked and saw empty tables and empty chairs at the bar, and then informed this person we were staying at the hotel and pointed at the open tables and stools. He said he would get the manager. Meanwhile, other guests just walked in and took over these vacancies. We waited a few more minutes and then nothing. So we just walked to the bar and sat. This left a bad taste with us for the rest of the night.
Also, staff are forced to wear band shirts. The lobby receptionist was wearing a Metallica shirt and I asked her which album was her favorite...she didn't have a clue and informed me this was the required uniform for them. WTF. You're going to put someone in an awkward position like that? Just to have an appearance of 'cool'? Lame.
The breakfast was top-notch, served on actual dinner plates with actual metal flatware. The breakfast food choices were varied, and the wait-staff was very attentive. The coffee was tasty and hot, along with the many other choices, including eggs, oatmeal, dry cereals, juices, bagels and fresh fruit. Overall, the breakfast was filling and nutritious.
Not anything.
Everything was Amazing
Was not able to stay the hold week
I love the convenience
My room was dirty and entrance to room smelled of urine. The walls were also dirty.
My bed was soooooo comfortable and the staff was so nice especially at breakfast
It was my first time staying at the Watermark. I was impressed and very happy with my stay
Good
Nothing
The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff was wonderful. Once I figured out how to get around the hotel 🏨 everything was perfect.
Parking was quite expensive and I needed help finding the correct entrance.
Excellent location, great property adjacent to a beer garden, spacious and clean room, very nice breakfast and friendly staff, last but not the least value for money.
I liked the location. The McLean station was a 2-3 minute walk. When we went to DC, we used the metro, which took about 25 minutes. What I liked most about the room was a that half of the floor was tiled! It was clean. Wegmans is under the same building, so I was able to buy what I forgot to bring without driving all around town!
Finding the parking garage entrance was a bit tricky because it was on the opposite side of the hotel entrance. It is $25 per day. The actual lobby is on the 11th floor, by the way. Breakfast was okay. It was not as good as at Westin or Hilton, but they offered the minimum and basic food.
It was clean. The rooms had a lot of space. Beds were comfortable.
They unfortunately was having some AC issues.
The property was very clean.
Location was great.
Its was difficult to locate this hotel parking lot to the hotel upon arrival, its was confusing to Customers. Once found it was good. The breakfast could have been better with more hot plate options.
