لن اكرر الاقامة فيه للاسف

الاطلاله فقط

Cons:

اقمت فيها لمدة 3 ايام
التاخير جدااا عن طلب اي طلب
لا يوجد غلاية ماء بالغرفه واستطيع ان اتفهم السبب ولكن عند طلب ماء مغلي او حار لا يوجد تجاوب واذا حصل يكون بعد تاخير لاكثر من ساعه
الخدمة الذاتيه اذا طلبت اي طلب خارجي لا يستطيع المندوب الصعود ولازم انزل انا اخذه لعدم توفر عمال لتوصيل الطلبات
عند الخروج من الغرفه وطلب تتظيفها والعوده اليها لا اجد انه تم اعادة تعبئة القهوة والشاهي الا عن طريق الطلب من جديد وعند الطلب لا تتم الاستجابة غالبا
رقم خدمة الغرف لا يجيب نهائيا
وتم ابلاغ موظفين الاستقبال بذلك مرارا
يوجد فنادق اقل قيمة بالنسبة للمال والخدمة تكون اعلى من المعايير المطلوبه بكثيير

طلبت من الاستقبال احد يساعدني في حمل الحقائب
اعتذر وقال ان الخدمة ذاتيه صباحا ولا يوجد عامل يمكن ارساله الا بعد الظهر … لاول مرة اسمع عن خدمة ذاتية لحمل الحقائب… ذلك الموقف كان سيئا جدا بالنسبة لي
