Pros:

Location, service are perfect. Hotel.is very clean and room size was very good.
Shuttle bus from hotel to airport at early morning was very helpful.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

The restaurant was one of the worst parts of the stay. I would not recommend ordering any food from inside the hotel. The quality did not match the hotel’s name or expected standard at all. The food was poorly prepared, and it was very disappointing to see such a low restaurant standard in a hotel that should provide a much better guest experience.

The reception experience was also very poor. I was told that my room had been upgraded, but when I arrived, I found that it was a connected room, which was not what I expected. The room was extremely noisy, and I could hear almost everything from the room next door. This made the stay very uncomfortable and affected my ability to rest.

What surprised me even more was that the hotel seemed almost empty, so I really do not understand why guests would be placed in connected rooms under these circumstances.

Even the small details in the lobby were not maintained properly. The Arabic coffee was cold, and the dates plate was empty. These details may seem small, but they reflect the overall lack of care and hospitality.

Overall, this was a miserable experience from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. The service, food quality, room comfort, and attention to detail were far below expectations.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
