旧市街までは少し距離があったけど、交通パスをもらえてバス停がホテルの目の前にあったので便利だった

The hotel room and bathroom were very luxurious feeling. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept the best in a week! The hotel breakfast was also good, with a decent food selection (including vegan options).

Cons:

No onsite parking was available (except temporary parking during check-in), but there was a recommended parking garage right next to the hotel. We ended up parking at a garage 4 minutes walk away that was half the price. It would be nice for staff to give info about these different parking options.

Tolles unkompliziertes Hotel - sehr geeignet auch für Fahrradtouristen - guter Radweg zur City KN

Gutes Frühstück. Schöne und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Kein Stress. Höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Tische wurden jeweils auch sofort abgeräumt und gereinigt.
Fairer Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück inkludiert. Schöne große saubere Zimmer - alles perfekt!
Für Hotelgäste mit Pkw ist große Parkgarage direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Cons:

Erste telef. Kontaktaufnahme: Zuerst in der telefonischen Warteschleife, dann kurzes Gespräch, dann unterbrochen und kein Rückruf mehr. Auch mein anschließendes Mail mit Fragestellungen wurde nicht mehr beantwortet!! Dies ist schade, zumal ansonsten im Hotel alles Bestens war!!
Trotz vieler Fahrradreisender waren genügend Fahrradabstellplätze / Räume (teils mit Absperrmöglichkeit und teils ohne Absperrmöglichkeiten) vorhanden. Was fehlt sind elektrische Steckdosen für Akkuladungen in den Fahrradräumen, da es Räder gibt bei denen die Akkus nicht abgenommen werden können und somit dann Batterieladungen nicht möglich sind. Klarerweise haben die Bikes im Zimmer nichts verloren!

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Mandelmilch als Milchersatz wäre noch schön gewesen.
Das Personal war sehr höflich und bemüht dem Gast den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

Cons:

Schwierig war, dass die Rezeptionistin bei meinem Anruf im Vorfeld wohl neu war und zusätzlich nicht ganz perfekt Deutsch gesprochen hat. So kam es zu einem für mich recht teuren Missverständnis.
Im Parkhaus hätte es mir geholfen, wenn irgendwo ein Hinweis auf das Hotel zu finden wäre, so dass man sicher ist, dass man ins richtige Parkhaus hinein gefahren ist.

In Ordnung wenn man eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Insel Reichenau braucht.

Die selbst gemachten Waffeln beim Frühstück sind großartig

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren in der Garage beim Hotel ohne den Hinweis, dass man eigentlich auch gratis an der Straße parken kann. Ich finde es gehört zum Service dazu, dass man nicht automatisch davon ausgeht, dass alle Menschen 16€ pro Nacht nur fürs Parken zahlen wollen.

Leider nicht wirklich sauberes Zimmer. Überall Staub und Schmutz, vorallem im Bad. Alles etwas „abgewohnt“. Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht einmal gesaugt oder geputzt. Zum Bettwäschewechsel mussten wir zwei mal zur Rezeption und darum beten
