Die Lage war perfekt und das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr sehr freundlich

Location was the best thing. The bed was very big and comfortable.
The views from the room were horrible, directly to the next building's AC. The room was small.
I loved the location not to far from the ports to leave for our cruise it was clean very inviting and the staff was nice
I love everything about the property
Our only regret was not staying here at the start of our trip too! Great value for money and everything in the room (all is controlled from an IPad) worked brilliantly. Bed was very comfy and bedding/towels were very soft.
Location and modern design were nice. Plus self check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient.
Floors in room a little dusty/needing sweeping but fine otherwise!

The room reminded me of a cruise ship, which was exactly the vibe I was hoping for ahead of our upcoming cruise. The hotel itself was beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and had such an inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Early check in was a huge plus, especially after an early and long day of traveling, and I appreciated that late check out was also available. We were able to store our luggage, and there were plenty of comfortable areas to lounge and relax in the main area. The rooftop pool was another great feature and definitely added to the experience.
The location was also very convenient and centrally located near plenty of restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.
The room was not entirely clean upon check in. The trash had not been emptied, the chair had a large, noticeable stain, and several areas were visibly dusty. The overall lack of cleanliness was concerning and made me question the cleanliness of the bedding as well. However, I do appreciate that the staff addressed some of these concerns by removing the trash and replacing the stained chair.
