Excelente hospedaje en el centro de Miami
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, unas instalaciones magníficas. Vistas increíbles tanto de la habitación que nos tocó como de la azotea. Repetiríamos sin duda ninguna.

Cons:

Lo único que nos decepcionó un poco fue que a la hora de la limpieza, habíamos dejado un bol y vaso del Kaseya (partido Miami Heat) y al llegar por la noche ya no estaba, lo habían tirado cuando nosotros no lo dejamos en la basura. Era un recuerdo pero aún así repetiríamos porque nos encantó el lugar.

Love love love this place! We’ll be back next year!
Pros:

This is our 5th stay at this hotel and we love everything about it! It’s so convenient to all the great restaurants and bars and Bayside Marketplace. Always clean. We love the pool!

Cons:

A/C in room could be improved. Does not get super cool in the room on really hot days. That’s our ONLY complaint!

There is water leaking from EVERYWHERE.

The design and ability to self service is great

Cons:

The food was bad and there was water leaking from multiple places in the room. Upon check out and meeting other people who stayed at the hotel, we found the water leaking was a common occurrence in many rooms.

Admitting the New Age Technology
Pros:

The location was great for my stay there. I was able to walk to a wonderful restaurant nearby in less than 10 minutes.

Cons:

I wasn't too excited about the Tram/Monorail passing directly in front of my window which I was located on the 3rd floor. It was unique for the design, but I was not a big fan of it.
